Rustic house for 6 people situated in a quiet urbanised area only 700 m from the Portet beach in Moraira, the old fishing village that has developed in recent years as a first class tourist destination. Stroll through the streets of Moraira, approach its beaches with crystal clear water and feel the sand on your feet.
The house has a private swimming pool with sun loungers and parasol. It also has a large and warm terrace, as well as an outdoor barbecue, surrounded by nature, pine and palm trees that provide coolness during the hottest months.
From the garden you can access the Riu Rau, where you can enjoy dinners with family or friends.
The house is distributed on one floor, decorated in a rustic and cosy way. It has a living-dining room with an independent and well equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning, a bathroom with shower and a toilet.
In its 8 km of coastline we find beaches awarded with the Qualitur flag and the blue flag. They stand out for their cleanliness, unbeatable water quality and their diverse and comfortable services and activities. Beaches such as Portet, with fine sand and crystalline waters and recognisable by its shell shape. At the foot of the castle lies l'Ampolla, the busiest, most urban and longest of the town's beaches of fine golden sand.
Diving is one of the most interesting sports and leisure activities on offer. Teulada-Moraira has 5 underwater routes (Labyrinth, Cap d'Or, Portet, Andragó and Cap Blanc) which reveal a world full of colour and natural wealth.
The Club Náutico Moraira is considered one of the best marinas in the Valencian Community and is the hub of a lively area. It organises sailing courses in summer and competitions, the most important of which are the Spanish Regularity Championship in June, and the Regata de Altura de la Amistad, usually in September.
The quality of the gastronomy of this town is demonstrated in its numerous and varied restaurants where you can enjoy seafood caught in a traditional way and distinguished with the quality mark "Bahía de Moraira".
