Del Prete 111 is a sober and well-kept three-room apartment located in Cattolica (RN), via del Prete Interna 111. The apartment can easily host of 6 people. It is located in a very quiet residential area, close to Via Dante (about 150 meters) which is one of the main avenues for summer walks. Going along Via Dante towards Gabicce Mare for about 1 km (12 minutes on foot) you'll arrive in the center of Cattolica (Piazza delle Sirene Danzanti) from which the stretch of the new city seafront begins. If, on the other hand, you wish to reach the famous Le Navi Aquarium, just take Via Dante in the opposite direction (towards Riccione) and in 10 minutes walking your children can experience a wonderful alternative day at the beach. It only takes 5 minutes to reach beaches equipped for children. The first available beach establishments is in fact only 400 meters away. The apartment is located on the first floor of a ten unit condominium complex. It has a large open space with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a small bedroom with a double sofa bed (which is always left open above which there is a small 4 cm topper) and a large double bedroom with TV in the room. From both bedrooms there is access to a small balcony where you can recreate and relax on warm evenings. If you're hot, don't worry because every room is equipped with air conditioning. This three-room apartment is completed by a bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine.. For those coming from the motorway, once on Via Toscana, turn right at Via del Prete and proceed straight on for around 400 metres. After the bridge you will find on your right a coworking structure called SpazioTu, after which turn right and you will arrive at number 111 in via del prete interna 111.
