As soon as you enter the flat you will feel at home thanks to its modern and practical decoration and its family layout, as it has a living-dining room, a kitchen equipped with induction hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, crockery, glassware and cutlery, as well as all the kitchen utensils you need to prepare the best dishes for you and your family; master bedroom with a very comfortable double bed; another bedroom with a trundle bed; bathroom with shower and hairdryer; a large terrace with dining area and views of the communal pool area and gardens.
The property has free WiFi connection and access to the communal swimming pool (summer only) and gym.

Don't worry about sheets and towels when you come. The beds will be made and you will find the sofa bed linen when you arrive. In the flat you will also find an iron for your clothes.

🆔📄Guests must show a valid ID and sign a tourist rental contract at check-in (in accordance with the Junta de Andalucía's Decree 28/2016 on Housing for Tourist Purposes).

🔑 For the delivery of keys we will offer you a contact telephone number when confirming the reservation. If key collection takes place after 10:00 p.m., there will be a supplement of €25 that must be paid in cash upon arrival at the accommodation, check the conditions with the host before your arrival.

Upon arrival, a deposit of €250 will be requested to be paid by credit card.
