Boca Grande Beach House, North - bra pris! Bra läge!

Boca Grande Beach House, North Unit är 1/2 av en envåningshus duplex. Huset är avslappnat och bekvämt. Den har två sovrum, ett kök, badrum och kombination vardagsrum / matsal. Köket och badrummet har nyligen totalrenoverats. Det finns en stor avskärmad veranda på baksidan av huset. När hela huset hyrs av samma part, kan dubbla dörrar öppnas för åtkomst från söder till norra enheter. Varje sida av huset har en generös sidogård med bord, stolar och schäslonger. Du kan välja att hyra norra eller södra enheten separat eller hela huset.

Huset ligger i ett fantastiskt läge på ett stort hörnparti, tvärs över vägen från en 7 mil lång strand med badrum och picknickbord. Det är caddy-hörnet till den historiska Gasparilla-fyren. En kort promenad tar dig till den charmiga byn Boca Grande med roliga shopping och fantastiska restauranger. På Boca Grande Community Center hittar du ett träningsrum och lekplats för barnen. Missa inte Johann Fust-biblioteket på 10: e St. där du kan låna böcker och filmer. Tennisbanor och en Friday Farmer's Market (under säsongen) är i slutet av vår gata. Sju mils jog- / cykelväg går direkt framför fastigheten.

De flesta av våra gäster väljer att återvända år efter år och anser att det är deras "hem hemifrån". När du är på ön behöver du inte en bil. Golfvagnar och cyklar kan hyras i stan.

Jag kan rekommendera en rimlig skåpbil för att hämta dig på följande flygplatser: Punta Gorda (PGD) 45 min., Sarasota Airport (SRQ) 1 tim. 20min., Ft. Myers (RSW) 1 tim. 30 min., Tampa (TPA) 2 timmar, Miami (MIA) 3 timmar.

Perfect location with an amazing view of the lighthouse! Two minute walk to the beach across the street. Quick golf cart ride to the historic downtown to the north and Gasparilla Island State Park to the south. Easy check in. Perfect size for us. Owners were prompt with responses and very helpful during our stay!

A Wonderful Stay!

This home was a wonderful place to stay on Boca Grande, and had everything one needs for a beach vacation. Molly and Mike were great hosts, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. I hope to return again soon!

A fantastic stay!

This VRBO is exactly as advertised. It is DIRECTLY across Gulf Blvd from the lighthouse and beach access. The home is well supplied with all things necessary for beach life, kitchen use, etc. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Amazing stay on Boca grande

This property was perfect for us and should be perfect for any couple! The location is ideal! We spent almost every evening on the beach across the street watching the sunset! A quick walk into town in the morning for coffee breakfast lunch or dinner. The property was extremely clean and extremely well equipped! We can't wait to stay there again!

Great location and communication

My parents stayed here for a large family event on the island over Memorial Day Weekend. The location is fantastic, across the street from the lighthouse and beach, and just a minute from town. The hosts were responsive and helpful, and my parents enjoyed their visit so much. Thank you!

Perfection

Perfection sums up this rental. Warm comfortable atmosphere. Complete with everything possible for you to relax and enjoy your stay. The screened in porch makes it nice to enjoy the evening air. In less than 3 minutes your toes are in the sand. No driving needed. We never missed a sunset!! We look forward to returning again.

Our January Get-Away from PA

This was a great get-away from the bitter cold of PA. Perfect location that is close to town, but quiet and relaxing. Just a few steps away from the Gulf of Mexico and provides a nice view of the palms and historic lighthouse. This place was clean, cozy and perfect for our vacation. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an affordable, clean and cozy place in Boca to contact Molly and Mike. They are very nice people and provide a very nice vacation rental.

Simply Winderful

Wonderful beach cottage. Everything was neat, tidy and comfortable. Check in and communication was perfect. Nice screened porch and outside sitting area as well. We loved the location: quiet with easy beach access about halfway between the pass and downtown Boca Grande. We would definitely return.

Perfect Location!

A wedding brought us to Boca, but Molly & Mike’s place made us want to keep coming back! The home is in the perfect location for the beach, obviously, but also makes trips into town only a half a mile walk, bike ride, or golf cart ride. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay from beach chairs & towels for a beach day to cozy beds at night. The perfect amount of space to for a small group beach trip for any occasion.

Wonderful beach house

This was our first time visiting the west coast of Florida, and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay! Gasparilla Island is very pretty, and this wonderful beach house was everything we could have hoped for -- attractive, well-equipped, and in a fantastic location right across the street from a beautiful beach! We loved being able to walk across the street to the beach at any time, whether for a peaceful morning walk, a midday swim, or an evening sunset. The house is also an easy walk or quick drive to town (Boca Grande) for shopping and dining. Molly is an excellent host and very good about communicating all the details. We so much enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

The perfect vacation place!

My family and I stayed here during our annual summer family vacation and we loved it! The house is directly across the street from the beach, beautiful beach at that, which isn't packed with people because you're on an island! We also brought our boat and purchased a slip at Boca Grande Marina. The location was perfect, the house was clean, roomy, and the management was great. Mike and Molly are easy to work with and very communicative. We will DEF be back next summer. Thanks again Mike and Molly for sharing your piece of paradise with myself and my family. PS, please read the little note in your guest book inside the house, my 9 year old son wrote it and it will make you smile. ~Jess

This photo was taken in Dec. 2011, when our family gathered at Boca Grande to celebrate my mother's 90th birthday. We have all enjoyed our visits to the island over the years. Mike and I live in FL, about 11/2 hrs. away, and are very 'hands on' making sure that everything is clean and in good order for our guests.

Our family is very fortunate that my parents, who have vacationed in Boca Grande since the 1970's, had the foresight to purchase this property. It has been a wonderful place for our family to gather and enjoy over the years. We all feel a special attachment to Boca Grande.
