Apartment in a building with communal pool at the entrance of Roses (Urbanization of Santa Margarita) 1.200m from the beach and 2.700m from the center of Roses, capacity for 1/5 people.
The building has a lift and the ground floor apartment is distributed in:
* 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (150 cm).
*1 bedroom with a bunk bed formed by a double bed and a simple bed.
* Dining room a couch and TV (Spanish channels) and TNT SAT (French channels).
* Fully equipped kitchenette (fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, oven ...).
* Bathroom with shower and washing machine.
* Magnificent terrace with view of the pool.
* Private car space
Located 15 minutes on foot from the beach that connects the center of Roses and the area of ââSanta Margarita, a natural beach of fine sand where you will find all kinds of shops (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, shops ...).
Located 35 minutes on foot from the Maritim Promenade of the center of Roses.
Roses is an active city throughout the year. It offers activities and attractions that are very varied and interesting for all types of travelers.
