Solo, par, äventyrare och affärsresenärer kommer att älska denna tysta, privata gästkvarter som ligger i hjärtat av södra Kalifornien i Riverside County. Två killar och mormor har behållit denna stora poolfastighet i 25 år.

Ligger i slutet av en återvändsgränd, 10 minuter från Ontario flygplats, UCR, och CBU, är en privat studio Gästkvarter med egen ingång och stor privat uteplats som driver hela sidan av fastigheten. Utrymmet var en gång mästaren sviten, omvandlas till en privat gästkvarter reträtt. Badrummet består av en ingångsdörr, duschkabin. Köket har ett gasutrymme, kompakt kyl / frys, mikrovågsugn, fullt utrustad med kokkärl och köksredskap.

Fastigheten ligger nära 60 motorvägar, det tar mindre än 3 minuter att komma in på 60 motorvägen. När folk frågar "var bor du?" Berätta för dem i Inland Empire, 60/15 utbyte!

Våra gäster älskar ren konstnärlig design, stor pool, välskötta grunder, fruktträd och örter, lugn miljö och lätt riklig gata och uppfartsparkering.

Möblerna du ser ingår i hyran. Sängen är en högt rankad skummadras queen size-säng som är älskad av våra gäster.

Utrymmet är ett stort studioutrymme med ett stort privat uteplatsutrymme med utemöbler som innehåller ett bord med fyra stolar och en loveseatglidgunga.

Jag är inte intresserad av långsiktiga månatliga hyrda rabatterade möjligheter. Snälla fråga inte ... om du behöver plats i tre månader, hyr utrymmet genom det här systemet. Mitt utrymme kräver checkout / checkin var 28: e dag. Lycka till och tack för ditt intresse.

Surprise at checkin

We found a few surprises at check in and decided to leave the property. There was a man by the pool who was not the property owner or official lister. He refused to leave and lingered until we texted and called the number listed and messaged the property owner on vrbo. The person that called back still wasn’t the property owner himself. There were pool cleaning equipment left in the pool so we couldn’t use it. The main gate of the property did not close and was open to the street. There was no intention to get it fixed so we didn’t feel safe staying overnight and couldn’t even use the space during the day with our dog who was with us. We couldn’t have him off leash.We left the property right away and contacted vrbo to submit a complaint. We sent them photos. Never heard back.

Nice place. Nice people.

This VRBO was as-promised – and more. Dennis the host was more than accommodating: He offered many suggestions of things to do/places to eat, etc. – all of which were excellent. He also was available by text and responded promptly to questions. The lodging was very clean and extremely well-equipped: Dennis thought of everything – right down to the coffee stirrers! The place is a bit cozy; however, it worked very nicely for my wife and me. The location is a bit off the beaten track. No problem; however, I think you'd certainly want a car. The next time we’re in Riverside and environs, Dennis will the first to know!

Nice Oasis Retreat

My wife and I enjoyed being able to retreat to the pool for morning or afternoon swims. The setting was really nice with palm trees and plants that added to the mood. The sleeping area was fine for 2. It was also great to have a stove, microwave, etc to cook with. Dennis and Vi were terrific hosts as well. We’d be happy to stay again when we’re in the area. Great job!

Great stay in a small quiet studio outside of riverside. Everything we needed for two. Beautiful secluded patio with access to pool. Convenient location to attractions in area. Owners with quick response to any questions or issues. Would love to return.

Perfect little home away from home!

It was love at first sight! Such a cute and welcoming studio with a wonderful host to boot! I quickly felt at home and found every amenity I needed! The bed was very comfortable, the space was adequate and could easily accommodate 2 people. I was traveling alone and felt very safe and at ease there, which isn’t always the case when staying at a motel/hotel. If I had a question or request Dennis was always available and accommodating. I loved meeting the House mascots Stater and Char! They were definitely a bonus! The pool and yard were very serene and a great place to unwind. I will most certainly be returning and I absolutely recommend staying there! The location is very convenient and close to the freeway. I was 15 to 20 minutes from anywhere I needed to go and yet far enough from the busyness that I could relax and unwind! So it’s a “yes” to the rental! You won’t be disappointed!

Great propertyn good location, great hosts.

The location is nice to see the greater LA area; you can get out of the craziness that is the big city to decompress after day trips and it is still close enough it isnt a huge hassel. Very well maintained and stocked property. Very nice little private area (including patio area we enjoyed outside dinners at). Everything was clean and functional. We had a great stay and would come back without hesitation. Thank you
