As you enter the property, head into the large open plan living/dining area which is furnished with plenty of comfortable seating, a Freesat Smart TV, dining table and chairs, a wood burner and a handy dog bed area under the stairs. The bathroom is accessed via the living area and is fitted with a bath and shower cubicle, offering the choice of a relaxing soak or a refreshing shower. The kitchen and utility are well-equipped with all the appliances needed to cook up a storm for yourself or a loved one. Head upstairs to the first floor to discover the two stylish bedrooms where guests can enjoy a restful night’s sleep; the first with a kingsize bed and the other with twin beds. Exmouth’s two-mile sandy beach on the Jurassic coastline offers excellent water sports facilities and the beach links to the Southwest Coastal Path and the Exe Estuary Cycle Trail. From November to February, the Exe Estuary is home for some 20,000 migratory birds and the red sandstone cliffs of Orcombe Point at the eastern end of the beach are designated the gateway to the World Heritage Jurassic Coast. A renowned farm shop is within walking distance and keen hikers should head to Dartmoor National Park which is just a 30-minute drive away.
