The spa town of Llandrindod Wells is a short drive from the property, where you can take a wander around the lake and listen to the wildlife. Elan Valley is a must-see day out with its fabulous dams and array of wildlife, including the Red Kites. There is also the Red Kite feeding station, which is superb to watch how the birds are fed.
This property is perfect for exploring all that Mid Wales has to offer. It is approximately a 40-minute drive from the Brecon Beacons National Park and half an hour’s drive from Hay-on-Wye, which is world-famous for its second-hand and antiquarian bookshops. Hay-on-Wye also hosts its famous Hay Festival every year in May.
