Elegant and cozy apartment a few steps from the entrance of the Basilica of the Magione and Palazzo Ajutamicristo, in the heart of the Kalsa district.
The apartment, located on the second floor of a building accessible by stairs, has been recently renovated combining the elegant ceilings and floors with the original cement tiles with geometric lines, with modern and functional furniture with a minimal style. The entrance opens onto a hallway furnished with an armchair, a vintage radio and a console, which leads to the different environments: the living area boasts a single open space furnished with a sofa, a TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. The sleeping area features two bedrooms with a queen-size bed and a balcony on Via Magione, and one with a French bed. Two bathrooms with a shower complete the layout.
At guests' disposal amenities such as wifi, air conditioning and heat pump.
The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parking and enjoying the old town on foot.
Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 25€ per stay.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
