The house was really nice and clean. Three bedrooms suited our family of five great. The house was near the road to the entrance to Zion, there was a grocery store nearby, and most of all the fun little playground equipment in the backyard was awesome for my kids and they had a blast playing on it while my wife and I sat on the porch. No issues with neighbors and communication / check-in / check-out was great and easy.

Excellent home. Close to Zion national park (20 to 30 min drive). Love the backyard. Great place to stay with family and friends.

Great homebase for our three days in Zion. Property was comfortable, clean and well stocked. We had a great dinner at Yu’s Kitchen in La Verkin with enough leftovers for dinner the next night.

Great location for Zion

This property was very clean, had super comfy towels, and was a great value. The spice selection and chocolates were a bonus. Plenty of room and a great fire pit. Perfect location to visit Zion.

Location was wonderful for us. Short drive to Zion NP. Stores and restaurants nearby. Very clean and well stocked with bedding and kitchen needs. Nice outdoor area with grill and fireplace. Quick communication with host. We had a great stay here!

Spring Break 2025

My husband and I and our two college age children stayed here for 4 nights. It was wonderful! We appreciated the cleanliness, comfort and proximity to Zion NP!

Great space!

This was a great space for our family with 2 adult children and teenager. It had plenty of space and very well taken care of. The host was quick to respond to questions and the neighborhood was safe.

Zion

We just had a quick 2 night stay. Zion was beautiful, the Narrows was awesome. The house was fully stocked with what we needed. I liked listening to the birds at night and watching the bats.

Great House for a Family

We enjoyed this house very much - the layout was great for us and the kids. The back yard was wonderful for the kids to play. Loved how close we were to both entrances of Zion! Spent most of the days hiking and it was great to come back to a home base.

Great family home

Very happy with our stay as we explored Zion National Park and Snow Canyon State Park! Property owner was very fast with communication. Home had everything we needed... and more (bathroom supplies, kitchen fully stocked, TV subscriptions, play area, fire pit, etc). Would absolutely rebook here.

Close to Zion

We traveled there to ride our motorcycle through the National Parks. This house is very close to Zion National Park. It had ample parking for our truck, motorcycle and trailer. The house was clean, had nice plush towels, good appliances and the kitchen was well stocked.

Great location with all the essentials!

Great location for exploring Zion, Red Cliffs Desert Reserve, and local state parks. Quiet neighborhood only blocks from a grocery store and a great coffee shop. It was awesome to have a fully functioning kitchen and some essential food items. Waffles were a great treat. Host was quick to respond with questions.

Great spot for families

This house was great for our little family during our trip to Zion. We really appreciated all the extra conveniences (high chair, bibs, baby plates). The kitchen was well equipped with everything we could possibly need, including to-go cups for coffee. Our son (2) was so excited for the play structure in the backyard!

Close to Zions

Property is clean, owner was promoted to respond, only thing made not enjoying our stay at 100%, Property listed a Hot tub, and there's no hot tub, other than that we will definitely would stay in Property again.
