Skönheten i södra Utah är runt omkring dig när du bokar detta totalrenoverade 3 sovrum 2 badrum hemma i La Verkin. Detta hem är centralt i Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Kolob Canyon och Grand Canyon National Park, såväl som många statliga parker, sjöar, rekreationsområden och attraktioner.

Detta hem är en blygsam 1200 kvadratmeter, men det har allt du behöver hemma-hemifrån inklusive kaffe, våfflor, mjuka sängkläder och handdukar, schampo, hårtork, tvättmaskin och torktumlare och fullt utrustat kök. Alla möbler är helt nya och madrasserna är bekväma. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och en pack & play. Med en queen size-säng i det andra sovrummet och en "två-över-full" våningssäng i det tredje, finns det gott om plats för hela familjen. Med ett 2-bilgarage har du också en plats att parkera dina leksaker.

Trädgården är fortfarande under uppbyggnad men uteplatsen och grill är redo att gå!

Property is clean, owner was promoted to respond, only thing made not enjoying our stay at 100%, Property listed a Hot tub, and there's no hot tub, other than that we will definitely would stay in Property again.

Five star!!

Great location!! Great communication!! Everything was fully stocked. Spices and all the things we needed for cooking! No issues with the barking dog. He hardly barked. Not sure what all the complaints were about. FYI dogs bark hahah! Beds were nice and cozy. We loved the nice big couch. We will definitely be back!!! Thanks!!and we loved that big couch. We alla movie.

Close to Zion

We traveled there to ride our motorcycle through the National Parks. This house is very close to Zion National Park. It had ample parking for our truck, motorcycle and trailer. The house was clean, had nice plush towels, good appliances and the kitchen was well stocked.

Great family home

Very happy with our stay as we explored Zion National Park and Snow Canyon State Park! Property owner was very fast with communication. Home had everything we needed... and more (bathroom supplies, kitchen fully stocked, TV subscriptions, play area, fire pit, etc). Would absolutely rebook here.

The house was great! Everything was stocked up. The dog that everyone complains about was not bad at all. But then again i have dogs so the barking doesn’t bother me. We all slept peacefully. I recommend this house to anyone wanting to go to Zion, great location!

Great place. Close to Zion/Bryce and some good golf course in St. George. The place is well stocked with kitchen and bathroom items. We made use of the BBQ a couple of nights. Great spot for families

This house was great for our little family during our trip to Zion. We really appreciated all the extra conveniences (high chair, bibs, baby plates). The kitchen was well equipped with everything we could possibly need, including to-go cups for coffee. Our son (2) was so excited for the play structure in the backyard!

GREAT house/hosts

The house was perfect- they thought of everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The kitchen was stocked, the washer/dryer helped a ton, the AC was lovely! The property was so clean and the simple touches to make it a home away from home did not go unnoticed. The only downfall was the darn dogs next door barking all night, and honestly, the hosts have tried everything they could to even mitigate that! Bring your “rain-sounds” app and ear plugs and you are set up for a fabulous stay to the best National Parks, great restaurants, and stunning scenery!

Great House for a Family

We enjoyed this house very much - the layout was great for us and the kids. The back yard was wonderful for the kids to play. Loved how close we were to both entrances of Zion! Spent most of the days hiking and it was great to come back to a home base.

A good space for a family

We enjoyed our stay in La Verkin. The house was very nice for our large family-plenty of room for our kiddos to spread out, a nice yard for them to play in, a comfy couch for us to relax at the end of the day. Communication with the owner was great as well. Nice neighborhood, easy to get to things. We spent most of our time at Zion, which was an easy drive from the house.

We had a great week here in March 2023. It's about a 20 minute drive to the main entrance of Zion. House is exactly as listed and the owners were great. They have all the amenities you need: coffee, tea, cooking supplies, laundry soap, fast internet, shampoo/conditioner, etc. We didn't need a thing from them, but they were responsive when we messaged them for check in and check out.

Great location with all the essentials!

Great location for exploring Zion, Red Cliffs Desert Reserve, and local state parks. Quiet neighborhood only blocks from a grocery store and a great coffee shop. It was awesome to have a fully functioning kitchen and some essential food items. Waffles were a great treat. Host was quick to respond with questions.

Great stay close to St. George

There was a small hiccup with check in with our not receiving the check in code via email, but Jared was very quick to respond and get us the info we needed and from there on things went very smoothly. The kids loved the outdoor play set!
