Zion Hideout - The Perfect Base To Explore Zion Canyon And Surrounding Areas

Enjoy beautiful Zion while staying in this cozy vintage decorated 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home. The living room includes two comfortable couches to kick your feet up after a long hike. There is a smart T.V. which includes Netflix, Pandora and Roku. You can also enjoy an array of books in the mid-century bookcase. Enjoy the vintage 1960's Hollywood Regency dining table... rumor has it, it belonged to Frank Sinatra's chiropractor. Cool, right? The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and pantry. A coffee pot and/or French Press is available; includes pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. You will have both bathrooms for you and your guests. All bedrooms include queen beds, closet, and dresser drawers. The master bedroom has an additional smart tv with Roku capabilities. It also includes a washer and dryer available for your use. NO SMOKING of any kind! No Parties and no pets that are not service animals. There is a $125 fee that will be collected if a service animal stays and has an accident.

I live by, "Our home is our sanctuary" therefore, I ask that you treat my home with the same regard. I want you to feel comfortable and at home during your stay. Please be mindful of my neighbors. They are incredible people that respect what you are there to do so please reciprocate that respect in turn by coming and going quietly. Lastly, If you have any comments/suggestions to make your stay AMAZING, please let me know.

ALSO *** I take cleaning seriously. My home is cleaned, sanitized and disinfected exceedingly well by a great team.

The only part of the home not available is the garage which has been converted into the supplies storage space.

Great Family getaway

This house was perfect for the family trip! We hiked, we shopped, we ate great food ( and coffee). Owner was very responsive to all my questions! We really enjoyed our stay!!

Simple but perfect for Zion

We literally just needed a place to sleep the nights before and after our Angels Landing hike in Zion. This place was perfect. It’s right on the edge of the highway that leads to Zion. A short beautiful drive. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and still close to food places. Manager was responsive and kind. It’s not super modern, but is decorated tastefully and was clean.

Great house in every respect. Equipped with everything you need. Easy drive to Zion from house. Nice patio and back yard for relaxing after a day in the Park. Very close to grocery store, too

Nice house and area, but was covered in ants

The property was clean and in a nice area, but the problem was the significant amount of little black ants on the property. They were everywhere, couldn’t sit on the couch without ants climbing on you. Can’t step on the kitchen floor without stepping on ants. They would get into open drinks, and even on our tooth brushes. When turning on showers or sinks in the master bathroom, ants would crawl out. I was very disappointed.

Zion ultra

My husband and I (along with our teenage daughter) stayed at this house for a few days while we were in town for the Zion 100 mile ultra race (which my husband ran and completed!!!) This property was PERFECT for the trip. We had everything we needed! Kitchen was spacious and well stocked to prepare meals. Bedrooms were comfortable. Bathrooms were fantastic - love that shampoo, conditioner and body wash was provided along with ample towels. The location was perfect for the race. We were a good distance to all of the aid stations. There is a grocery store less than a mile away and a great coffee/smoothie shop about 1/2 mile away. I would not hesitate to rent this property again!

Perfect spot for a Zion visit

Everything you need for a fun trip to Zion national park and the other beautiful natural sites nearby. Near town with all the essentials, clean place, working facilities. Made for an awesome trip.

Rental was as depicted. Clean, comfortable & spacious. Owner was very responsive--when coffee maker stopped working, he brought a new one. Close to Zion & grocery stores. We enjoyed our time relaxing after hiking in Zion.

Perfect location for exploring Zion

Clayton was extremely attentive when responding to my messages. The property was perfect for 4 women on a short trip to Zion. The kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms were clean, and beds were comfortable. Zion National Park was only a 30 mini drive away. The price of the rental was unbeatable. I would definitely stay again when in the area. Clayton was an excellent host. He even helped us fix our rental car when we had some problems with it. I give this property and host 5 stars.

Great house just 15 minutes from Zion entrance

We really enjoyed our stay in La Verkin and this comfortable little house put us in driving distance of so many fun things in southern Utah. The host, who lives in one half of the house that has been sectioned off from the half we stayed in, was very friendly and helpful. He keeps the place clean and tidy. My only real complaint was the internet speed, which was so slow it was nearly unusable; we had to use our phone hotspots the whole time. I don't know that the host has any control over this, though, because the internet at the local coffee shop in town was also painfully slow, so it may just be an area thing. Don't stay in La Verkin to work remotely! Stay in La Verkin as a home base to explore Southwestern Utah.
