Its interiors have been designed and decorated by one of the most renewed Italian architects that also owns the place and use to live here. Filled with light, exceptional artworks and surrounded by postcard views of the city, with no doubts is the perfect choice for family holidays, couples and friends, just few steps away from restaurants, museums, shops and main attractions of the city.
The Designer Loft has two wonderful terraces where you can relax, have lunch or dinner, or sunbathing on the lounges.
Blending traditional Italian elements with refined design, the propriety possesses a truly unique character.
On the ground level, the lovely colored terrace will make you feel in an authentic Mediterranean garden, surrounded by beautiful plants that will make you stay in a magical space isolated from the city yet so central.
A special and sophisticated open-lounge and dining area will welcome you for tasty lunches in a refined space that will make you feel like youâre in a contemporary art gallery.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need to craft delicious dishes. The master bedroomâs doors open out onto the lounge area, while the second bedroom is located at the upper floor; all bedrooms have their private bathroom.
On the upper level a large terrace overlooking the sea and Capri Island on the front will delight you, relax and forget you are in the city.
Please note that the property is located on the third floor and there's no lift in the building. . City Tax: ⏠2,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 14 nights
