Welcome to Casa Belvedere !
In the historical center, above the Old Port, place de la fontaine typically provençale, atypical duplex of 38 mÂČ inspired by Cyclades on the 4th and last floor, with a breathtaking view on the roofs, the sea and the port.
Air conditioning, Wifi Fiber at will, Smart TV connected
FREE: A parking space in the underground parking lot 24/7 behind the Port at 5mn
Contrast between the ground floor, with its troglodyte spirit, which seems to be "carved out of the rock", and the first floor, flooded by zenithal light.
The apartment has been completely renovated and fitted out by an interior designer from Marseille in early 2023.
You live above the Place Sadi Carnot, the prettiest and most picturesque square in the city center.
With its water fountain and its hundred-year-old Magnolia.
Just above the quays of the Old Port, in the pedestrian historic center.
Shops and activities at the bottom of the house, 8 min walk from the Shipyard.
Reversible air-conditioning, very high speed internet, ideal for telecommuting!
Fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine for ground coffee and ESE pods (Easy Serving Espresso), kettle, toaster, washing machine, induction cooker.
Ironing board and iron at disposal.

You will have access to our Welcome Book, with our tips and tricks, to live La Ciotat off the beaten track, like a local.
Sheets, towels, and your first consumables (coffee, tea, toilet paper, garbage bags, soap, towels) are provided on site.
For longer stays, we will let you provide the rest.
