In the historical center, above the Old Port, place de la fontaine typically provençale, atypical duplex of 38 m² inspired by Cyclades on the 4th and last floor, with a breathtaking view on the roofs, the sea and the port.

Contrast between the ground floor, with its troglodyte spirit, which seems to be "carved out of the rock", and the first floor, flooded by zenithal light.
The apartment has been completely renovated and fitted out by an interior designer from Marseille in early 2023.
You live above the Place Sadi Carnot, the prettiest and most picturesque square in the city center.
With its water fountain and its hundred-year-old Magnolia.
Just above the quays of the Old Port, in the pedestrian historic center.
