Great place to stay

Aside from not knowing about the linens and a few dirty dishes, and a small ant problem, loved everything else about the place, just be aware you need your own sheets towels and pillow cases!!!

Excellent stay!

House was so cute! It was clean, cool and had everything we needed. We rent several places in the summer and this is on the top of our list. If it is available in the future I will be booking it again.

Good vacation spot for the family.

This house was very nice for a week long stay. It was clean and just about everything you need for a household is there. The shower spigot was broken and spraying water when we got there but, one phone call and a few minutes later someone was there and it was fixed quickly. The stickers in the grass in some areas of the yard were bad. I would not recommend bare footing in the yard. Use of the lift would be nice. My mom and aunt who are in there 70s really could have used it. Hauling stuff up and down stairs is quite a pain but that comes with renting a elevated house. All in all this was a good experience and we would rent this house again.

Not a comfortable stay.

Issue from beginning air conditioner broken., refrigerator temperature was set very low took 24 to finally cool. Dirty pots I couldn’t clean and had to purchase to cook. One of the beds the foot broke. Some of the Furniture was not comfortable . The smell of Clorox was very strong as we walked in. Supposedly the house had just been cleaned before I arrived but it did not feel clean . Also if housekeeping had cleaned why did they not report air conditioner being broken. The temperature inside was 84 degree. The refrigerator was set 4 why would housekeeping leave at that stage if normal should be 5 and stayed that it would take 24 hours to cool . If rental office knew house was going to be used why would it not ready.

Great little house and good location

We really enjoyed staying at Casa Carmen! Check in process was easy and when I needed to call they were available! My only issue is the air!!! It was HOT!!! The air would not go below 78!

Adorable housr

Cute house. Close to beach. Clean. Had everything you would need except a can opener. Had a little issue with ants but that’s because of all of the rain. The mosquitoes were horrible all over town. But this house was perfect for our family.

Had a good time, nice house, close to the beach. only complaints are dirty silverware, pots and pans, shower had a very slow drain, dirty toilets, had a odor when we arrived as well.

Loved the house very clean and great location will definitely rent again

The air didn’t work that great it got a little warm in there at night and the ceiling fans in a couple of the bedrooms need to fixed they barely worked. But overall great house

The grass wasn’t mowed. It has stickers everywhere so the kids can’t play and we kept bring it inside the house. Also the property should had been sprayed for mosquitoes before our arrival. Can’t even enjoy the outdoors so what was the point.

Was very good the only thing we didn’t have WiFi and at second day we had ants inside the hause at kitchen and one of the bedrooms we buy ants killer at coner store but overall was very good đŸ€—đŸ‘ and yes Will be back we liked đŸ€—

Good location

The beach was very busy over the weekend but not hard to find a spot. There were fireworks and music on the beach for the 4th. Casa Carmen was a nice place to stay. They had information on things to do. We had fun! We would definitely go again!

Great experience

House was clean, was supplied with dishes, cups plates utensil. The whole 9 yards! Only down fall was the microwave wasn’t working. Just had to heat food up the old way. On the stove. Thanks for the pleasant experience
