We had a wonderful time at the Pelican Bay house! The host was very communicative and easy to work with! We even had to bring our dog at the last minute and she was super helpful with arranging that. The house was clean and as advertised. The path to the beach was easy to walk. We would 10/10 recommend staying here and plan to book another trip soon!

Great stay! We loved the house. The views were awesome. The location was perfect for us. The area is quiet and it felt like we had our own private beach during the week. It is right on the beach with only few steps to get down to the water. We would definitely rent this house again. Thank you for being pet friendly!

Margenne is readily available by phone & text.She is very kind and friendly.House was very clean and comfortable.Wonderful direct beach view from the Porch.We all enjoyed sitting out on the porch everyday and evening. Porch has several wooden chairs and a wooden table.Kitchen was supplied with appliances, cook wear & plates/bowls & utensils. -Make sure you bring your own coffee & paper plates and paper cups if desired. Didn't see that on the welcome letter.All bedrooms are very clean & beds are very comfortable.All bathrooms are very clean with towels. -Bring beach towels.I would recommend staying here again.Thank you!!!!

My family's week at Pelican Bay was so wonderful. The hostess is excellent! Everything was beautiful and just as described. I will be booking my 2027 vacation here. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Property was clean and with quick access to beach. Deck was great for watching waves breaking on the beach and watching many varieties of birds flying by. Very much the relaxing get away from work we were looking for.

This is our second time booking this beach house. It's a fantastic house that is literally steps away from the beach. More than enough space for a big family. We're a family of 6 and had plenty of room. Super easy check-in, check-out, house is spotless, and while we're just guests it always feels like home. If you're looking for a great house in Port Bolivar this is the one!

Great property in prime location to beach! As mentioned in the instructions, there is some movement that can be felt, especially when the winds kick up. The only thing I can think of to improve this house would be an elevator to get groceries and bags up and down:). We enjoyed our stay.
