**NOTE:** A €200 security deposit is required before check-in. The deposit will be held on your credit card (upon arrival or one day prior) and will be released within 7 days after check-out. Please make sure you're aware of this refundable deposit before your stay – we want to avoid any surprises!

The platform does not hold the deposit, so we collect it directly from the guest. This information is shown when confirming your booking. All bookings must pay the refundable deposit before or on the day of check-in.
