It is surrounded by lush lawned gardens that create a private tropical oasis, with a curving swimming pool flanked by straw parasols and sun beds. For shade from the sun, tuck into meals under the veranda at the six-person dining table. 
To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 77cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 110cm wide. The path to the poolside is 120cm wide. There is 1 step of 15cm from the lounge to the pool area. However, if you walk around the house from the front to the back, there are 2 steps. The terrace is large and open. Inside, there is 1 step of 14cm down to the lounge area. The ground floor bedroom door is 68cm wide, whilst the ensuite door is 63cm wide. There are 15 steps to the first floor.
