Condo 206 South at Shore Villas ligger på en "no drive" -strand. En vacker två sovrum / två badrum, direkt havet lägenhet på Atlanten!
Du kan njuta av att titta på soluppgången från lägenhetens fulla balkong med både vardagsrum och sovrums skjutdörrar som öppnar på den.
Lägenheten är fullt utrustad och uppdaterad med utbud, mikrovågsugn, kylskåp och diskmaskin. Köksredskap, disk ingår, liksom sängkläder.
Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng för att vakna upp till soluppgången, eller bara slappna av till middagstid. Du kommer att ha ett privat badrum i sovrummet med dusch. Gästrummet har 2 queen size-sängar; Och det finns en dusch och badkar i detta badrum.
Condo ligger på andra våningen i södra byggnaden med hiss eller trappa precis utanför din dörr om du föredrar.
Eftersom vi är ett litet komplex, bara 33 enheter totalt, parkering är enkelt. Dessutom finns extra parkering för båtar och släpvagnar tvärs över gatan i vår privata parti.
Njut av vår stora swimmingpool, och gå bara till havet! Vår strand är en bra promenadstrand, cykling, eller bara sola, spela spel etc.
Vi är 12 miles från Daytona Beach, och cirka 60 miles från Orlando, FL. Många fina restauranger finns på New Smyrna Beach, liksom parker och lekplatser. Också ha kul shopping på specialaffärer på Flagler Avenue!

Family Beach Trip!

Our family looks forward to visiting NSB each year and staying here. The condo’s location and layout is perfect for young families because it’s located on the no-drive side of the beach and the second bedroom has bunk beds. We love the open floor plan and having a washer/dryer in the unit. More than anything, the ocean views from the living room and master bedroom are so serene. The owner and property manager on-site are so welcoming and communicative. Their warm hospitality makes our visit that much more enjoyable!

First time ever VRBO - FANTASTIC

We absolutely loved our first experience with renting a VRBO. This property and host were beyond welcoming and accommodating. The condo had everything we needed and the view was spectacular. My son adored the bunk beds! Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. We can’t wait to come back and visit here again!!

Great place!!

Lovely condo directly on the beach. We had everything we need and more. Plenty of beach toys for the grandchildren and beach chairs and an umbrella for us older folks.

Property was beautifully maintained and couldn't have been any closer to the beach. Views were fantastic. Kids thoroughly enjoyed playing on the beach and crashing into waves.

Fun Family Weekend

We enjoyed staying in the condo for the weekend! It was a perfect set up for our family of 4 & we loved being right on the beach & having access to the pool! We also appreciated use of the beach chairs, disposable plates/silverware & complimentary laundry pods. Little details made a difference! The kids bedroom is rather warm though, despite keeping curtain closed. But there were 2 fans provided which helped a little. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Quick Getaway

Great location right on the beach. Nicely updated condo was very comfortable for our family of four. Very nice to have a big pool to hang out in as well. The property manager was friendly and helpful, would stay here again.

Not long enough….

Took my granddaughters and a couple of my girlfriends over for a weekend visit before the granddaughters went back to school. We had a great time. The condo is clean and location was absolutely perfect. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic Condo

Condo is nicely updated, very clean and has amazing full ocean views from main living space and primary bedroom. Love this smaller sized condo complex with easy access to pool and beach. An added bonus is the always smiling and helpful property manager Sam. Fav place to stay in NSB.

New Smyrna Family Vacation

We truly enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy and when you open that door WHOA what a view. You cannot get any closer to the ocean. We had so many delightful moments watching the sunrise, spotting dolphins, and enjoying the surroundings. It was easy to jump between the pool, ocean and condo. Beach chairs and towels were provided along with everything else we needed. A relaxing, beautiful spot!

Absolutely Beautiful!!

What an absolutely gorgeous rental! Just perfect! I would definitely love to stay here again on my next visit to New Smyrna Beach. The view is magnificent and everybody’s so warm and welcoming. What a fabulous find!

Great Condo

Second Time Staying, and just as good as the first!

We have once again, so enjoyed our stay here. The atmosphere is so clean, close to the beach and laid back. The owners and building manager are so quick to respond to any needs. We always feel like we have just what we need here. The view is great.

Oceanfront Retreat

Beautifully updated condo, has everything you would need for your stay. Great location, couldn’t ask for a condo closer to the ocean. Nyrla was great to work with. Sam the property manger was also great. Hope to be back again soon!

The condo was updated and decorated well!! The ocean view was beautiful from the balcony! The guest room was a little too warm at night even with 2 fans going. We kept the shade down as instructed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!!

Family Reunion

We all came from a small street in Savannah. All the families get together on this trip each year (40+ years). It has expanded into children, grand children, great grandchildren, in-laws and folks from the old neighborhood. This condo is perfect for my husband and two daughters. Always clean and well appointed.
