Blackout blinds, premium mattresses and bedding create the ultimate sleep-friendly environment so you wake up rejuvenated.

Beyond the walls, an enchanting grove garden and outdoor relaxation area invite you to unwind under the trees or enjoy evening cocktails by starlight. With high-speed Wi-Fi (and a backup wifi connection), a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, multiple locations for remote work, a private outdoor mini-gym shed, and curated luxury amenities throughout, every detail is geared towards your comfort and convenience. All of this is set within a secure gated property with parking for up to 5 cars (including an EV charger), ensuring both privacy and peace of mind. Privacy & Convenience: The entire retreat is yours to enjoy. Our property is enclosed within secure gates on a quiet lane. You’ll have parking space for up to five vehicles, and an EV charger is available for electric cars. The location offers the best of both worlds – a feeling of secluded tranquility, yet with the village pub and Blenheim close by and all the delights of Woodstock a short walk or drive away.

Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire property and its amenities. You will have the whole house to yourself, including all four bedrooms, the bathrooms, the living and dining areas, the gourmet kitchen, and private on-site facilities like the sauna, gym, and office. The grove garden and all outdoor relaxation spaces are yours to enjoy privately.

Parking (for up to 5 cars) and the EV charging point are available for your use at no extra charge. The property is accessed via a secure electric gate – we will provide you with the gate code or remote opener and keys for self check-in. Apart from a locked supply closet (and occasional routine garden/maintenance visits if required), no areas are off-limits to our guests.

We respect your privacy while ensuring you have everything you need for a five-star stay. Check-in is seamless – you can self check-in with a key code, or if preferred, we can personally greet you upon arrival to give you a brief tour. Throughout your stay, we are just a phone call or message away.

Need local restaurant recommendations, help with reservations, or interested in scheduling an in-house massage or spa treatment? We’re happy to assist. We can also arrange extra housekeeping during longer stays or special occasions upon request. Otherwise, we’ll leave you to enjoy the retreat in peace, knowing we’re available 24/7 if any questions arise or if you need any support.

Road Notice: Blenheim Grove Retreat is situated along a quaint village road. While traffic is generally light, you may notice the occasional car passing in front of the house. This minor road noise is rarely disruptive, and most of the living spaces and bedrooms are set back, maintaining a tranquil atmosphere.

Pets: We consider welcoming well-trained pets on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to bring a pet, please let us know in advance for approval. A supplemental cleaning fee will apply for pet stays to ensure the home remains pristine for all guests.

Wellness Services: Spa and wellness treatments (massage, facials, beauty, hair) are offered by certified professionals and must be booked ahead of time. Please contact us prior to your stay to discuss treatment options, scheduling, and pricing. Availability may vary, so early booking is recommended.

No Parties or Events: This retreat is designed for intimate getaways, wellness weekends, and family stays. To maintain our peaceful environment and respect our village neighbours, we do not permit large parties or loud gatherings. Only registered guests (maximum occupancy per our house rules) are allowed on the property.

Safety & Accessibility: For your safety, please follow the instructions provided for using the sauna and any fitness equipment. The home is mostly on two levels with a small set of stairs. If anyone in your group has mobility concerns, feel free to ask us for details on accessibility – we are happy to accommodate where possible.

House Rules: Kindly treat the home as you would your own. No smoking is allowed indoors. We ask that noise be kept to a minimum after 10pm. Any damages or issues during your stay should be reported promptly so we can address them right away.
