Villa Pan-Areth - With Private Pool

The comfortable and beautiful VILLA PAN-ARETH is located in the area of Giannoudi in Rethymnon. It is a two-storey house of 150 m² with three bedrooms and a swimming pool, able to accommodate up to six people in a quiet and idyllic setting, with a beautiful natural landscape and a view of the sea in the background, just 3 km from the beach and 6 km from the center of city.


VILLA PAN-ARETH consists of two floors, on the first floor the visitor will find a comfortable open space area with a living room, comfortable sofas, air conditioning, a 43 inch TV and a balcony with an outdoor dining area. In the open space there is also a dining room to enjoy your meals as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all the items to prepare and serve your meals and a balcony with direct access to the pool. On this level of the house is a bedroom with two single beds that can be combined into a double. The bedroom has a wardrobe, air conditioning and a balcony overlooking the pool. The floor also has a bathroom with a shower.
On the second floor, the visitor will find another bedroom with two single beds that can be combined into a double bed, air conditioning, a wardrobe and a balcony overlooking the pool and equipped with a coffee table. The third bedroom has a balcony overlooking the front of the house, has a queen size bed, working station and air conditioning. On this floor there are also two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, as well as a refrigerator and a washing machine. All windows and patio doors have screens to keep unwanted insects out of the house. The choice of colours and the unique decoration are intended to relax and rest you throughout your vacation.

Exterior

The outdoor area of VILLA PAN-ARETH is designed with a 25 m² swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas to comfortably enjoy the sun and your swimming as well as an outdoor shower with hot water. The barbeque area is fully equipped to facilitate your cooking efforts. It has a charcoal barbecue and a wood oven, a sink with hot water, a refrigerator and a large dining area to enjoy your meal with family and friends. VILLA PAN-ARETH has wifi in all the outdoor and indoor areas and parking for three cars.

VILLA PAN-ARETH is located in the area of Giannoudi just 5 km from Rethymnon, in a quiet area without noise and bustle. At a distance of 2 km there is a large supermarket for your purchases as well as many shops such as a pharmacy, taverns, cafes and an ATM, while at 3 km you will find the famous beach of Platanias. The area is suitable for hiking and cycling. Chania airport is 78 km and Heraklion airport 80 km.
