Prestigious property in a residential complex of private villas with 24/7 security, with two entrances that can only be accessed if you are an owner or a tenant. A park extends along 3 km of coastline with beautiful white sand bays and crystal-clear sea with exclusive access for guests.

The villa is characterized by a large terrace with sea view and dining area with barbecue.
The freshwater pool adds to the prestige of the house.
The villa is divided in two floors. The lower floor begins with an open space consisting of a large living room and a TV area with a charming gas fireplace. It continues with a modern, equipped kitchen on the same floor. There is also a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a bathroom and laundry area with a second refrigerator.
Also on the lower floor, facing the pool, you will find the first main sleeping area consisting of a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with twin beds, each with its own en-suite bathroom with shower.
The second sleeping area is located on the upper floor and hosts two elegant double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom with shower, and a large panoramic terrace with patio furniture and a stunning sea view.
On the other side of the pool there is a guest house consisting of a large double bedroom with kitchenette and minibar, and a bathroom with shower.

*We offer our guests dedicated services to pamper them in every moment of their stay. From a careful daily cleaning of the villas, to the home delivery of fresh, organic, and "zero km" (local) products from our selected suppliers, to the morning’s fresh catch delivered directly from the fishing village of Isola Rossa.
For younger guests we offer a baby sitting service and theme parties. If you love great food, our chefs will be happy to help you discover the genuine flavors of Gallura and Mediterranean cuisine.

Extra to be paid on the spot:
Tourist tax from June 1st to September 30th € 5 a day, per max 10 nights, over 18 years old.
