Lakeside 1 is a modern and welcoming holiday lodge with hot tub. With two bedrooms and a cosy living area with patio doors that lead out onto the spacious decking, this is a great place to relax and unwind or equally as a base to explore the stunning lake district.

The lodge is well equipped and has the added bonus of being close to the lake and marina on white cross bay, a lovely location on the Park. This modern and cosy lodge will comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests and 2 well behaved dogs making it perfect for a family or a couple visiting the Lakes. Lakeside 1 offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday and we think you will love it.

Very good location

This lodge is in a good position, hot tub great, heating and hot water perfect. The down side, not enough plates or basic utensils in general, but I did get more mugs and water glasses when I requested them on arrival. The bathroom definitely needs redecoration and the whole property looks very tired it doesn’t give a good impression when there is the old stalk of a dead plant rotting in a plant pot on the patio. This property could be great with a bit of a makeover.

Overall a positive stay but needs some tlc

The lodge had everything we needed and was well equipped. The park it is on is well kept and in a good location. The hot tub was lovely to use and maintained everyday. The outside space at the lodge was also really nice. I do feel the lodge is now a bit rough around the edges and could do with a bit of an update. The main bedroom could do with mattress being replaced and ideally would be a bit bigger. I'd recommend taking a fan as the lodge gets very hot in the sunshine. We also noticed quite a lot of ants in the kitchen despite keeping on top of cleaning. These were also in the breadbin and in certain cupboards. I stripped the bed at the end of our stay and the mattress protector was very heavily stained which was off-putting
