Plats, plats, plats! Vår Downstairs Unit är en rymlig 500 kvadratmeter, 1 sovrum, 1 badrum enhet, med ett komplett kök och vardagsrum ligger nere nivå av vårt stora strandhus stuga. Det ligger på bottenvåningen, så gästerna kan gå ut genom dörren och stranden ligger i deras bakgård!

Detta är inte din typiska lägenhet erfarenhet. Ligger direkt på stranden, med din egen privata 60 fot stranden i din egen bakgård. Super clean, med alla högkvalitativa madrasser i hela huset. Den nya ägaren har gjort några riktigt fina förbättringar sedan det tog över 2017. Byggd på 1960-talet, och inredd i stranden elegant inredning, har Tommy's on the Beach alla moderna bekvämligheter man kan förvänta sig, men behåller fortfarande charmen hos ett original Florida Beach House.

Upplev stranden som den brukade vara. Vi erbjuder en unik chans att uppleva Florida före den stora utvecklingsbommen. Inga trånga hissar, stora parkeringsplatser och charmless stora cementbyggnader!

The Downstairs Unit är en del av en stor 3 enhet stuga på stranden. Vi är en familjevänlig semester hyra och med tillstånd, en välskött hundvänlig semester hyra också. Ligger mellan Clearwater Beach och St. Petersburg Beach, Indian Rocks Beach ligger mitt i Tampa Bay-området.

Det finns tusentals lägenheter att välja mellan, men mycket få ursprungliga strandhus kvar i Florida. Vi har tur att ha en av dem, och vi vill dela den med dig!

Huge windows, great close-up view of the ocean

Very big and nice condo! Loved the keyless entry. Incredible view of the ocean through huge windows. The beach is right there! We loved the location.

Great condo and a great location

My husband and I had a great stay at Tommy’s on the Beach. He is not a beach guy and I won him over after this vacation. The condo was very clean and you can’t beat the location. Within walking distance of quite a few restaurants. The pool along with everything you need for the beach is great. The only thing I can thing of is maybe a better mattress for the bed. It was a great stay and we can’t wait to come back next year!

Excellent Condo

The condo was very clean and organized. Kids loved that they were able to play in the ocean and then walk back to play in the pool anytime they wanted too. The items available to use at the beach were top notch. Loved the view of the ocean and sun set from the balcony.

Perfect spot for beach getaway

This is a very nice condo right on the beach with everything you would need for a great vacation. I highly recommend this spot and Indian Rocks Beach in general!

Fabulous beach with a beautiful sunset.

Our new favorite Florida destination

This place was perfect for our family. The beach and pool had everything to entertain our kids, 4 and 6 years, for hours. The property was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. We enjoyed the incredible sunsets and made some great family memories. When we come back to this area, this will be the first place we try and stay!

Wonderful property - everything you need is there

We really enjoyed our time here. Patrice is super easy to work with and was very timely in communicating. She has thought of everything that you'd need for a beach vacation and made sure it was there in the unit. This really made it so nice to not have to worry about bringing extra things, like insulated coolers and even beach bags. If we ever find ourselves out this way again, we'd definitely stay here.

Great view, wonderful place

Clean, easy access to check in and condo, let us in a little early. View was spectacular! Outside area well kept. Good area, could walk to places. Publix convenient to get to. Very well equipped with necessities and kitchen tools. Maria, the housekeeper very nice. Patrice responded quickly to our needs. Can’t say enough good things. Only problem was TV situation. We had to reboot the cable every time we would turn on the tv, otherwise we couldn’t get guide, change channels, or make any kind of movement. Bedroom TV, we never could get it to respond. Other than that and the bad weather(obviously no one’s fault), great place.

Perfect for a family get away !

My family has stayed at this location twice in the past 6 months. We absolute love it! The view is breathtaking and being steps from the beach makes it perfect for a family with children. No need to pack for the beach, just a quick return to the apartment for lunch, dinner or a nap and then back to the sand for more fun. Hope to return soon !

Perfect location!

We were thrilled with this property and loved being right on the beach. The covered patio was helpful for very sunny days, we ate several meals outside. Everything we needed was in the condo, we only cooked twice but there were plenty of pots and pans. The mattresses on the beds were excellent. We're already planning a return trip later this year. Thanks Patrice for a terrific week!

Fabulous location

The condo is lovely. The kitchen has everything you might need. I really love having a washer and dryer handy. The beds are comfortable. Having beach chairs and umbrellas was convenient. The pool was great. Being so close to the Cafe de Paris and Sandy's and Ocean Waves made the week. Eating takeout on the balcony could become habit forming.

Fall Break at Indian Rocks Beach

The property at Tommy’s at the Beach was just exactly what we needed for a great vacation with little ones and adults! The view from our porch was incredible, almost total ocean and sky view. We could see dolphins swimming down the shore in early morning. With the amazing sliding doors, it felt as if we were still a part of our group (when we had to take a little one upstairs for a snack or nap) who were down a level swimming in the pool. Patrice has done a great job with creating a slice of paradise with these newly built condos.

Beyond Expectations

Brand new building and units. Very well thought out every detail. Best location in terms of beach, restaurants, and avoids the chaos of Clearwater Beach. Although a short ride if you’re into that. Well stocked with anything you need in kitchen and baths. It was great to walk a few steps and be right in the beach. Sunsets are amazing! Would definitely book this property again if I was traveling to the Gulf side of Florida

Amazing in EVERY Way!!

Best vacation ever staying in this beautiful condo! Honestly, couldn’t have been anymore perfect…. Condo was decorated just as I would a beach place, stocked with everything you could need and more and the location on the beach as well as proximity to wonderful bars/restaurants was perfect! Not far from things but the condo was quiet and not in too busy of a location!! I was impressed by the property manager and owners response times! Both were helpful and so nice! We are already looking at booking it again…. It was so hard to leave!

Fantastic!

We’ve stayed at many places along the Florida gulf coast over the past ten years! Tommy’s on The Beach is now the favorite! Clean and well equipped sums it up best! Patrice has clearly put a lot of thought and effort into making her guests feel comfortable! Clean pool!! Beach toys!! Easy check-in! Great Kitchen! Beautiful clean bathrooms! Great beach towels! Real Retro Beach Experience!

I stayed for a week in the lower unit with my big dog. The lot is so nice with grass areas, Patios, Covered parking and all just steps to the Beach! This is just South of Clearwater and North of St. Pete making it a great location for touring. The big bonus was the French Restaurant behind the beach house and Thai Pan Alley. Both excellent. A couple blocks down I had a great meal at Guppies (reservations suggested). The Beach house does have a full kitchen and I did take advantage of that too! The View and Sunsets from your private yard are priceless!

Amazing!

This property exceeded our expectations! Patrice was very responsive before and during our stay. The unit was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with new items. I appreciated having some empty shelves and drawers for our food. Having the pool and beach just steps away has now spoiled us for any future vacations! The beach wasn’t crowded at all in late October and the temps were perfect. Our son loved the kayaks and SUP boards. Awesome to have the pool when we wanted a quick break from the beach. The sunsets were absolutely gorgeous! We had delicious food at Beach Waves, Cafe de Paris and Sandy’s. So convenient to have all three just steps from the rental. We have already talked about hopefully returning next year. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect for family

Our family of five (kids ages 13, 11, and 9) stayed here in March of 2022, just after the rebuild. The property is well-kept, has a great location, and the property manager is wonderful. We were able to communicate with her easily and all of our requests were met with a smile. The pool is great (especially for younger kiddos because the deepest it gets is 4 feet). I loved having access to the vacuum and broom as well, as sand comes in with the kids, of course. We enjoyed having beach towels, a cooler, and beach bag provided, as well as paddle boards, kayaks, life jackets, boogie boards, pool noodles, and beach chairs/loungers. The kitchen supplies were adequate for basic meals and all of it was in good shape. The washer and dryer are huge and accommodated all of our beach towels, which was great! The master bedroom and second bedroom had adequate closet space and some drawer space as well. The guest bathroom has a nice, larger size tiled shower. There were plenty of towels provided. All in all, it was a great stay! All you need is your swimsuit, sunscreen, and sunglasses!
