Silverlake is a luxury private estate nestled in an extensive nature reserve, near to the coast in West Dorset. Opportunity for adventure abounds with a heated infinity pool, a private spa, gym, roof bar, water sports, a private beach, cycling trails, woodland walks, tennis, table tennis and forest playgrounds available on site.
All our properties here at Silverlake, Dorset have strict rules to ensure a family friendly atmosphere. Our properties must strictly be used for holiday purposes only and not for working in and or using to commute to and from a place of work. Stag and Hen parties are strictly not allowed at any of our properties, and we reserve the right to cancel your booking if you break the estate rules.
Chalk Hill View is a beautifully designed home is set within the heart of Overton Island, positioned next to a communal games area, where the family can enjoy a friendly game of table tennis. This property is pet-friendly so that four legged friends can also enjoy a break away.
This stunning holiday home has a large open-plan living area, inclusive of a cosy nook with a luxury log burner, perfect for unwinding with a good book. There is a beautifully appointed kitchen with all modern amenities, a balcony on both sides of the property which allows natural light to flood the living areas, making for a truly visual and serene seating area. A further sofa room on this floor is ideal for those looking to escape for moments of solitude. To the rear of the property are floor-to-ceiling windows, bringing in natural light and breathtaking views for you to enjoy.
Whilst this property is fully completed, there are some properties nearby that are undergoing construction in various phases. Bookings for this property are made on the understanding that you will be able to see and hear construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300 on Saturdays. Please do abide by any signage relating to construction areas. All photographs and property descriptions are correct at the time of being added to the property listing.
