Private Beachfront House with Kayak & Guided Tours
Casa La Vida is a beautiful 1 bedroom, beachfront bungalow with private kitchen that is part of La Vida Resort on Punta Vieja Beach, Bastimentos. There is 24/7 solar electricity, hot water, ceiling fans and great wifi. La Vida Resort offers private guided tours, adventure vacation packages and beachfront accommodation.
The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, and an oven with basic cooking supplies. There is also an outdoor living area with sofaset and table and chairs.
There are 2 restaurants within walking distance and Salt Creek, an Indigenous Village that offers jungle hiking with a guide, and food venders that pass with meals for $3-5.
Zapatillas Island is only 5 minutes away, and Isla Colon is 30 minutes by boat. We can collect you for $65
The Bungalow is directly on Punta Vieja Beach, a white sand beach that is great for swimming all year round. Its a quiet area that is situated close to some of the best areas in Bocas del Toro, such as the Zapatillas Islands and Coral Caye.
There aren't any loud bars or clubs here, but there are 3 resorts within a ten minute walk down the beach with restaurants and beverages. There are no shops.
There is one bedroom in this house which contains a king sized bed, walk in wardrobe, safe, ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom with shower.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
We can help arrange to all the great locations such as The Zapatillas Islands & Coral Caye, Red Frog and Polo Beach, Isla Escudo de Veraguas, Starfish Beach, Isla Colon & Old Bank.
The area is very safe and much more peaceful than some other areas in Bocas Del Toro.
The house has free use of 2 kayaks, and snorkeling equipment. Paddleboards are available to rent nearby
