Relaxation area: The living room offers a comfortable space with a TV and corner sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. A table for 4 is also available.
Outdoor terrace: Enjoy the fresh air on the terrace equipped with a table and 5 chairs, as well as a charcoal barbecue. A patch of greenery under the lemon tree adds a relaxing touch to your stay.

Cosy bedrooms: The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable 140cm bed, while the smaller bedroom has a bunk bed with a single bed above and a sofa bed below, offering flexible sleeping options.

Practical bathroom: With a washing machine and heated towel rail, the bathroom is well equipped to meet your needs.

Le Clair Marin is located close to La Corniche in Sète, in a secure residence. Access to the residence is by badge.

To guarantee you a quality stay, our team will welcome you at the agency located at 22 corniche de Neuburg, 34200 Sète to hand over the keys and explain how to access the accommodation. We are available during your stay to answer your questions and advise you. If you would like a set of bed linen for added comfort, our laundry can provide you with a complete set, including bath sheets (extra charge).

A 15-minute walk will take you to Place de la Corniche, where you'll find a host of everyday shops, including a market, Carrefour express, bakery, butcher and La Vie Claire. The town centre is a 10-minute drive away. The Corniche beach is a 10-minute walk away.

Keys are delivered directly to the Charles Osborn Conciergerie between 2pm and 7pm.
Cleaning service is included and bedding and towels are available at extra cost.
A deposit of €500 is required, either by cheque or bank transfer (to be destroyed within 14 days of departure).
Departures are at 10am maximum.
