With easy access to Donnybrook and buzzing Ranelagh. There are manicured communal gardens, water features and fantastic views. On site security and underground parking facilities. The modern, bright, luxurious 2 bed-roomed apartment has all the facilities you'd expect of a modern city apartment.There is an additional folding single guest bed.
The Space:
This bright, airy and spacious home benefits from with floor to ceiling windows flooding the living space with light. It has been interior designed, and has everything you could desire and more.
The kitchen is very well equipped and comes complete with built-in Neff appliances.
The master bedroom has a King size bed and ensuite while the second large bedroom has a supremely comfortable double bed.
There is a large balcony off the main room, with amply space .
The Neighborhood:
This gorgeous property is located in a secure development close to Donnybrook main street and within a 20 minutes walk from St Stephens Green and the Grafton Street shopping district. Herbert Park - a gorgeous Victorian park with tennis courts and playing fields as wekk as ponds and gardens is a short stroll away.
An array of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants are within a couple of minutes walk from the apartment.
Easy access to all the major theatres and concert venues.
Getting Around:
If you don't want to enjoy the leafy stroll to the heart of the city - there are several bus routes 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Ranelagh Luas stop is 10 minutes walk away. The aircoach back to the airport passes the gates to this delightful development
