2 bedroom apartment with spacious living area and full kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc. Situated close to airport and with close access to bus (Route 15, 24hr to city centre) and train routes (Clongriffin Dart Station) into the city centre (approx 20 - 30 minutes travel time). 20 minutes from Dublin Airport

Newly renovated modern apartment in a quiet residential area. The apartment is conveniently located close to Dublin City centre (bus, rail stations at the doorstep), Dublin Airport is a short taxi ride away. Lots to explore nearby in the tranquil seaside areas of Dublin: Malahide, Howth and Portmarnock all within 10 minutes of the property with beautiful beaches, fantastic restaurants and nice walks.

Perfectly located for events in Malahide Castle, St Ann’s Park, Croke Park, 3 Arena, Aviva Stadium.

The property consists of:

Large Master Bedroom with en-suite with full shower, sink and toilet. Large wardrobe.

Second Bedroom with double bed and wardrobe.

Second bathroom with large bath, shower, toilet and sink.

Fully fitted and equipped kitchen suitable for long stays. The kitchen contains Nespresso coffee machine (with pods provided) toaster, kettle, oven, fridge and all necessary cooking equipment and utensils. Clothes washing machine with combined Dryer available with washing tablets provided.

Spacious and bright living room with large sofa bed. TV with cable channels. High speed WiFi throughout the property suitable for work or study.

Good location, nice accommodation. Daragh was very responsive and helpful with area questions, check-in and getting around Dublin. Very smooth check-in and out. Close to and reasonably priced taxi ride to airport, 31 Euro for 5 adults with 5 large suitcases.

The host was very responsive. All instructions for location, key pick up and drop off, access, and parking were clear. The beds were comfortable and the place had everything we needed. Would stay again.

Good size apartment with private parking. Nice launching point. Needs better instructions for accessing parking and off hours key return.

Great stay in a good location

We were a family of 6, well catered for all, big stores nearby and convenience store at your doorstep and allocated parking very convenient too. Very good communication with owner.

It was a great stay. If you rent a car, please remember to give your vehicle registration number to Darragh so he can report it to the company that monitors parking. If you don't give him the number, your car will be clamped.

Location near Dublin airport is convenient. Check in is fair, having to find a nearby convenience market, “The Central Shop” to inquire about and obtain the key to enter the property. I’m wondering as to how we were to get the keys if our flight was delayed and the convenience store was closed for the day??? No instructions were given on such. Property security is quite adequate and appreciated. The apartment smelled of mold which was confirmed upon entering the bathroom as mold and wood rot were apparent on walls and flooring in the master bathroom. Also, the linoleum on the bathroom floor was buckled and raised (moisture?) at the doorway entry creating a tripping hazard. The flow controls in the master shower was defective in that cold water could not be activated, leaving us with water temperature that was way too hot to use. Our bed in the master bedroom had the fitted mattress sheet but no cover sheet so we slept between bedspread and fitted sheet; certainly less than should be expected. We left early AM the day after arriving so as to get away from the mold and its smell. I took photos of the problems described above and can provide them if needed. These comments are my interpretation of our stay at this facility. We are disappointed in this stay. GS, LS
