LAYOUT: Located near the El Portet cove, a short distance from Moraira, we encounter the villa Morera. It is a private property distributed over three floors. The villa is decorated with a combination of classic and Mediterranean style that makes it unique and special. The communication between the floors is through an external staircase. The spaces of the floors are designed with the utmost attention to detail, with spacious rooms each with its own bathroom en suite. The magnificent marble floors are a detail worthy of mention. The bathrooms are decorated in a certain vintage style, with carefully detailed maintenance over time. Both the middle floor and the ground floor offer two comfortable lounges off the kitchen where guests can relax and watch TV as well as enjoy unique moments with others. On the top floor, we find another kitchen area together with a bedroom and bathroom en suite.It offers a pleasant solarium where you can see the incredible surroundings of the area.

EXTERIOR: We have several outdoor terrace areas which will provide us with a oasis of peace and relaxation. The main part is located at the front of the villa where the pool is surrounded by several loungers for sunbathing and resting. Next to the pool we will have access to a covered terrace with a table and several chairs to enjoy a pleasant meal with the other guests while we enjoy a bath. In the upper floor we will also have at our disposal a covered terrace with an outdoor dining area with table and chairs from where we can delight in the views of the villa to the Mediterranean Sea. Going up some stairs we will find a barbecue area where the views are even better. The villa has space to park a vehicle. All the plot is surrounded by a varied garden with multiple varieties of plants that will make us disconnect.
SITUATION: Moraira is a charming town with gastronomy and landscapes, known for its beautiful beaches. Both in the town of Moraira and in the area of ​​El Portet we will find countless restaurants, leisure areas and shops where we can get to know the environment is better.
