Grand Luxe Villa is ideally situated in close proximity to Mathes village, a mere 1.6 kilometers away from the breathtaking Kournas Lake. Additionally, the villa is conveniently only 21.5 kilometers away from the enchanting and picturesque Old Town of Rethymno.


Ground Floor
The ground floor of Grand Luxe Villa offers a luxurious and inviting living space. The living room features a comfortable corner sofa, along with a bioethanol fireplace, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. Entertainment options abound with a 55 smart TV equipped with a built-in celling system, board games for some friendly competition, a Bluetooth speaker OSIO, and even a PlayStation 5 console. Direct access from the living room leads to a barbecue area, ideal for enjoying outdoor cooking and dining experiences. Additionally, there is a second access point to a veranda, complete with a gas BBQ and a dining table for six people, providing a stunning view of the sea.


Next to the living area, a fully equipped kitchen, including a wine cooler, ensuring that culinary needs are met. Adjacent to the kitchen is a table accommodating up to 10 people, perfect for indoor dining.


A well-appointed bedroom with two single beds (0.90x2.00) that can be joined together upon request is also available on this level. The bedroom features an in-bedroom basin and a shower cabin. It also offers direct access to the veranda, allowing guests to appreciate the surrounding scenery.


Finally, a convenient laundry room with a washer and dryer and a full bathroom with a shower cabin, equipped with a hydromassage function, complete the ground floor.


First Floor
Reaching the first floor guests can find the remaining 3 bedrooms of Grand Luxe Villa.. The first bedroom features a comfortable 1.60 x 2.00 bed, and an in-bedroom basin and shower cabin. Guests can also enjoy access to a charming Juliette balcony, as well as a shared balcony furnished with a seating area, offering a delightful spot to unwind.


The second bedroom boasts two single beds (0.90 x 2.00) that can be joined together upon request, along with a vanity. The room offers a picturesque mountain view, adding to the tranquil ambiance.


For an unparalleled experience, the master bedroom awaits with a lavish 1.60 x 2.00 bed, a vanity, and an en-suite bathroom with shower cabin. Indulge in the convenience of a wine cooler and espresso machine, and bask in the serene surroundings from the shared balcony.



Each bedroom is equipped with quality mattresses, individually controlled air conditioning, 32 smart TV and a wardrobe, ensuring personalized comfort throughout the stay. Complimentary bathroom amenities, bed linen, plush bathroom and pool towels are thoughtfully provided for the convenience of all guests.

- For ultimate relaxation, indulge in the hot tub, accommodating up to 5 people, and immerse yourself in its soothing waters.
- Enjoy the delights of al fresco cooking and dining with a charcoal BBQ, wood oven, and outdoor sink. An ample outdoor dining table accommodates up to 8 guests, providing a wonderful setting for homemade meals.
- Gas BBQ and a dining table for six people on the ground floor with access to the living room.
- Take advantage of the two outdoor sitting areas, furnished with comfortable sofas, armchairs, and coffee tables, offering cozy spaces to socialize and unwind.
