Spacious, beautifully decorated studio apartment is the perfect place to stay when visiting the green capital of Europe – Ljubljana. Superb location right in the City Centre with only 5 min walking distance to the main bus/train station, attractions & car garage next door.

This comfortable studio apartment has been newly reconstructed in 2020 and is a perfect getaway for a couple or a single traveler, coloured in the shades of blue.
It is a part of a famous building, located on “Bavarski dvor“, right in the city centre of Ljubljana, with walking distance to all points of interest in Ljubljana.
The kitchen offers a fridge, a cooker, coffee machine, water heater, toaster, microwave oven. Coffee and tea are also provided along with some other basic kitchen ingredients.
We also provide fresh linen, towels, a hair dryer and shampoo. There is a fast wi-fi connection.
We have two apartments in this building, both next to each other.
The underground garage where you can safely park your car is just next to our building (parking not included in the price). The garage has a direct entrance to our building.

Top location - spacious and comfortable accommodation

The accommodation was very spacious and comfortable and included a private bathroom, kitchen and air conditioning. It is perfectly located in the heart of Ljubljana.

Excellent Apartment

Wonderful apartment for 2 people in a superb location. Excellent WiFi, good kitchen facilities, very clean, great TV with loads of channels. Comfy beds , very safe . 5 minutes walk from the bus station. Highly recommend.

Nice property, centrally located

nice place in the center of the city. In walking distance to the train station and downtown. Air conditioning was nice during hot summer days. Host was very responsive

Great place to stay

A short 2 night break in a central apartment in Ljubljana. Can recommend this apartment for it's location and comfort. The check-in /out was easy and communication excellent. Stylish and clean with good facilities. Easy walk to old town with bars, restaurants and shops. Supermarket practically next door so prosecco can be popped easily into the fridge. Shower hot and bathroom pristine.

The property is a few minutes walk from the town center. Everything is within walking distance. The host is very communicative and the rooms are clean. I'd highly recommend it.

It is really stylish, NOT the usual IKEA furniture (nothing against the sweedes though). Really good location and close to everything. Well equipped kitchenette. Good communication with the host also.

Great location, very close to bus/train stations, and easy walking distance to main tourist sites (and Union brewery taproom). Well-equipped, large space, including bathroom. On backside of building, so away from main road and associated noise.

Absolutely loved my stay at this property! I came to attend a science congress and I am very sensitive to noise and do not sleep well in noisy environments, yet even though this apartment is in the city centre it was so amazingly quiet! And the host was kind enough to extend my stay for another day at very short notice. It could have not been a better location: walking distance from the congress venue, walking distance from bus/train station and the beautiful Tivoli park. Good price too.

Nice apartment well located

The apartment is very clean ,well equipped , comfortable bed and spacious enough for two persons. I had some problem with the middle door to get into the apartment , but the owner assisted me and find a solution to get in the apartment, he has been very available. The wi-fi connection is reliable but isn't working in all the apartment.

Good location

Some hiccups during checkin as the remote access did not work. That added about an hour to get into the property. Convenient parking garage right next door. Easy walk to the canal and restaurants. Pillows were absolutely awful. Like sleeping on a lumpy brick. Wish one of the categories was comfort.

Klein aber fein!

Eine Wohnung in die man nach einem Tagesausflug gerne zurückkommt. Sehr gutes Bett, schönes Bad... Es ist fast alles zum Kochen vorhanden. Die 1 Zimmerwohnung würden wir gerne wieder mieten, ja wir kommen sicher nochmals vorbei! Maya und Rainer
