Studio Sviti Ljubljana Apartment Tour As by Town Hall
Sviti Studio Apartment is located on the second floor of the traditional town house and is accessible by lift from the Town Square. The other access to the apartment is from Fish Square by the Ljubljanica River, but from this side it is only accessible by stairs. The entrance to the apartment is then from the inner atrium of the building.
The air-conditioned Sviti Studio Apartment has been recently renovated with a focus on modern design and comfort. The high-ceilinged living area offers a comfortable upholstered sofa that extends into an extra bed for two (160 x 200 cm), a TV and a modern kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with separate freezer compartment, crockery and cutlery. There is a dining table further down the kitchen. The spacious bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. The high ceilings allow for a gallery above the bathroom, where the double bed (160 x 200 cm) is located, but the height of the gallery is not standing. The hallway is furnished with two large wardrobes. Next to the apartment in the inner atrium there is a garden table with two chairs. The apartment also provides an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, bed linen, towels and wireless internet access.

Arrival takes place from 14:00 to 21:00 and departure up to 10:00. Guests are welcomed in person. For late arrival from 21:00 to 24:00 there is an additional fee of 30,00 EUR or self-check-in option free of charge. For arrival after 24:00 only self-check-in option is available.
The cost of a tourist tax is not included in the price - guests are requested to settle it upon check-in. It is 3,13 EUR/day/adult and 1,57 EUR/day/child (7-18 years).
We offer private airport transfer to/from Ljubljana airport and airports in neighboring countries, guided tours, a car with a driver or just tips for individual trips around Slovenia.

We are Tour As team, local tour operator and accommodation provider based in Ljubljana that has been since 1995 offering tourist and business visitors to Ljubljana a comfortable short-term and long-term stay in over 35 serviced private apartments in the Ljubljana city center. Guests are welcomed in person upon arrival, unless agreed upon otherwise. Guests have at their disposal a wide selection of additional services, airport transport, excursions, day trips. During the guestsâ stay the Tour As team is available throughout the day on reception mobile number, during the weekdays also in person at the common reception at Mala ulica 8 in the city center and available on mobile phone 24/7, if needed at any time.
