Villa Marion is a luxury 500m2 property located in Sant’Agnello, just a 15­20­ minute stroll from Sorrento and close to some of the most famous hotels of the area.
It is in a strategic position, ideal for those who prefer not to use the car during their stay. You will find within walking distance bars, newsstand, tobacconist, some good restaurants and about 100 meters away there is the lift that takes you down to the beach.
The property was part of an old building dating back to the early 18th century, which belonged to a complex called "La Cocumella" that was previously a Jesuit monastery and is now a luxury 5­star hotel whose grounds border the villa.
Villa Marion develops on four floors connected by either the stairs or a lift, it is tastefully furnished with great attention to details and it can sleep up to 14 people, with the possibility of adding two beds and accommodating a total of 16 guests. The villa features large living rooms, dining room, fully­equipped kitchen and larder, a game room, and wet bar.

On the ground floor, there is a living room, dining room and kitchen, WC with washbasin.
The first floor consists of 5 double bedrooms, 3 of them with ensuite bathroom (2 with shower, 1 with bath tub); 1 shared bathroom (with shower), and a living room with access to a terrace overlooking the garden.
The second floor, features 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, laundry with washing­machine, sunbathing terrace equipped with garden furniture, panoramic view over the gardens and the sea.
Then we have the basement with spacious dining and living area, wet bar, 1 WC with washbasin, 1 bathroom with shower.
Villa Marion is within easy reach of the main tourist destinations in the area, and it offers all kind of comforts such as: air­conditioning, satellite TV, Wi­Fi Internet connection, furnished terraces, laundry and inner lift, and for this reason it is the perfect place for large families or groups of friends, who want to spend a holiday in the Sorrento coast having everything at hand.

Rental Rules:
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation, the final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival.
Refundable damage deposit of € 700, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Minimum stay 7 nights.
Check-in time from 16.30 to 19.30 (possibility to check-in and check-out overtime € 50)
Check-out time is 9:30
