Located in the charming JardĂnes del Sol I complex, the apartment has access to the large communal swimming pool and gardens, and a private underground parking space with remote control entry.
Please note that the apartment can be accessed from the parking area via the lift or stairs, but to access the pool area and gardens you must walk outside the complex to the side entrance on Avenida del Furs. It is a paved walk of only 2 or 3 minutes.
Inside the apartment, the kitchen is located next to the hallway and provides access to the first of two external balconies. The kitchen balcony overlooks the main street, towards the sea, and is situated above several popular restaurants and cafés that line the bustling avenue.
The charming and bright dining room looks out onto the larger of the two balconies, with views of the garden and the olive trees below. A covered outdoor dining area is the perfect place to eat outside, and there are several loungers and chairs for those who want to sunbathe. It is a wonderful space throughout the year and benefits from winter sun during the coldest months.
The three bedrooms have air conditioning, built-in wardrobes and plenty of space. The master bedroom overlooks the garden and has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower, whilst the two front bedrooms face the Avenue and share a family bathroom, with an inset bath/shower.
