The living areas of this first-floor apartment include a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining seating for six and a sitting room with electric fire stove and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV and basin, a king-size with basin and two singles, along with a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside there is a communal lawn and sitting area, communal laundry and off-road parking in car park for one car. Within 0.3 miles you will find a shop, a pub and a beach and please note this is a smoke-free property. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi included in the rent. Escape to the beautiful coast of Devon with a stay at Thornlea View. Note: Guests have use of a communal laundry. Note: Steps throughout property

Many ships have perished around the coast and the wrecks that lie beneath the waves make it a popular spot for divers. Above the beach there are a number of pubs and restaurants. The coastal footpath can be joined from here and leads towards Bigbury-on-sea in one direction and the coastal resort of Salcombe in the other.
