At the end of the hallway is the spacious and light lounge area with Smart TV, Xbox 360 & Hi Speed WiFi, you will also find the sofa (converts into a double sofa bed) and dining table in the bay window.

Fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster & cookware. T
-Bathroom-
Spacious bathroom with a bathtub, fluffy towels, and free toiletries. The entrance reveals a hallway with a WC to the right.

Guest access
Guests have full access to all areas of the property.
Smoking, vaping or taking illegal substances in or around the property is strictly forbidden. For non-compliance, you will be fined a minimum of ÂŁ500 and you may be asked to leave.
Standard check in time is 4pm onwards and check-out time is before 10am.
This is a residential neighbourhood so please refrain from making excessive noise. Quiet times are 11pm to 7am, when noise should be kept to a minimum, including TV volume.
Please note that a minimum of ÂŁ100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, so please be careful with them. There will be a ÂŁ50 call out fee for any keys left/forgotten in the property.

â This property is managed by Pass the Keys Peak District. We look after a variety of wonderful homes across the area. If this place isnât available for your requested dates, please donât hesitate to reach out - weâll be happy to suggest alternative nearby properties that might be a perfect fit for your stay. â
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
