Milan City Design Apartment is set on two levels.
On the ground floor, the entrance to this apartment is directly on the living room area. It is such a refined room where you can admire two beautiful turquoise sofas, a spacious dining table with chairs, a precious sideboard, and two wide windows that give access to the terrace (it does not have vis-à-vis) where it is possible to enjoy pleasant relaxing moments.
The kitchen, with its wide central island, is fully equipped with anything you may need to prepare any dish you fancy (cooktop, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster, cookware and tableware, and more)
Next to the kitchen, there is a functional laundry area, with a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board.
Two out of the three bedrooms are on the ground floor.
The first bedroom has two single beds and a spacious wardrobe where you can store your personal belongings.
The second bedroom has two single beds too (one of which is extractable). It overlooks the terrace and has a capacious walk-in wardrobe.
Next to the bedrooms, there is a gracious bathroom with a shower.
From the living-room it is possible to access the first floor (the staircase is fairly wide and easy to climb it up and down). Here you reach a studio area with a small balcony.
The master bedroom (with a little balcony, too) is intimate. It has a comfortable double-bed with a memory foam mattress, two walk-in wardrobes and some peculiar art’s touches like the antique iron dresser. A petit sofa (chaise-long) is underneath an arched window.
Next to the bedroom there is a beautiful bathroom with a shower, a wide bathtub, two sinks and sanitary ware.
