Located in the exclusive Bahia de Marbella, we find a 215 m2 detached house with stunning views of the Alboran Sea and the mountains, on the first line of Los Monteros beach.
The lower floor features a pleasant living room with fireplace, sofas and Smart TV. Through glazed doors, you can reach the terrace, which has a barbecue, an outdoor dining area and a chill out area. Adjacent to the living room, there is a dining room with seating for 8 people, and a fully equipped kitchen with first class appliances, including dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. There is also a guest toilet on this level.
The middle floor houses two spacious bedrooms with double beds, each with a private bathroom with bathtub. One of the bedrooms has a balcony overlooking the gardens.
The upper level houses a third bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a double bed. But its main attraction is undoubtedly a private terrace offering unparalleled views of the sea, perfect for relaxing on the sofa or at the table with chairs.
The garage is located on the lower level, providing functionality and ease.
The accommodation includes internet, air conditioning, bed linen and towels for your total comfort. In addition, the residential complex has a large swimming pool (open 10:00 to 21:30 from 15 June to 31 August), gardens with sun loungers and parasols, and direct access to the beach.
The location of this property is unbeatable. It allows you to take advantage of the proximity of Los Monteros beach and its well-known Mangaleta restaurant, but also gives you access to other famous beaches such as Real de Zaragoza or El Pinillo, and restaurants and beach bars such as Los Sardinales, HipopĂłtamo Beach and Nosso Summer. For golf enthusiasts, the courses of Santa Clara Golf and Marbella Golf are a short drive away.
Daily needs are also covered, with a Carrefour supermarket within a 5 minute drive and La Cañada shopping centre 10 minutes away. In addition, Marbella\'s old town is just 5 minutes away and the sophisticated Puerto BanĂșs is a 15 minute drive.
