Marbella 2000 Penthouse - 3 bed Penthouse frontline beach!
Wake up to the stunning shimmer of the Mediterranean Sea! Overlooking the Marbella Port and its buzzing paseo, this unique penthouse is certain to make for a memorable holiday.
Located right in the heart of Marbella, it was initially two separate penthouses but was thoughtfully renovated and combined into one - spacious (300m2) and lovely design, spanning the entirety of the floor.
Upon entry, you have the open plan dining and living room, and of course the marvellous view of the Med and the mountains of Africa. There are various seating and lounge areas, and dining tables inside and also on the terrace. The terrace features glass curtains providing the option to open partially or completely.
Short hallways on either side of the entry take you to the bedrooms, as well as the lovely large kitchen which features a breakfast table and windows that gift you plenty of natural light and a fresh sea breeze to help contribute to your creativity whilst you tap into your inner Gordon Ramsay!
There are 3 bedrooms in this Penthouse. The master bedroom as well as one other bedroom boast lovely king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms with showers, while the third bedroom has two single beds that have been combined. You will find it hard to be stuck for entertainment while in the home because every room has a massive Smart TV mounted on the wall, added to those in the living room and kitchen area as well. You also may utilise the two office areas which are extensions to two of the bedrooms.
There is aircon and wifi throughout, along with ceiling fans in every room and on the terrace. There is secure parking for one car in the underground garage, with a lift to the Penthouse.
The complex has two swimming pools for your enjoyment and sun-bathing needs. One is located on the rooftop of the complex, as well as another downstairs in between the complex buildings.
This Penthouse has an amazing location. Situated right on the Puerto Deportivo strip, you can head on downstairs and wander off along the paseo, dotted with charming cafes and restaurants. Within the port itself, you can also find plenty of nightclubs and bars for those who wish to indulge in the Marbella nightlife!
The home has a wonderful sea breeze that flows all the way through it, which can definitely be appreciated during the warmer summer months, and both the sunrises and sunsets will be sure to be a highlight of your stay.
