Aristea - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 5

Aristea is a beautiful apartment on the elevated ground floor, located in Pedion tou Areos, one of the most beautiful areas of Athens!

The space
It accommodates a comfortable living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 guests, a functional and fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a single bed and a comfortable bathroom with a shower. It has a small storage room in which the washing machine is placed and the kitchen door leads to a small yard.

The location
Aristea is only 3 km away from the center of Athens. Within a walking distance you can find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and a pharmacy.

The address of the building is Moustoxidi 12 & Lomvardou 16. You will find the keybox by the black door on Lomvardou street. Open the keybox using the code below and remove the apartment keys. Once you have retreived the keys, close the the keybox and change the combination on the dial, so that the actual code is not visable. Return to the main entrance of the building on Moustoxidi 12 street and enter the building. Aristea apartment is located on the ground floor, the 1st door on the left. Please note that the apartments door unlocks clockwise. You can also watch the video below to show you where the Key Box is located.

During your Stay

For HOT WATER please push the switch that marked HOT WATER at the electricity board. The water heats up within 20 minutes and the boiler switches off automatically when the appropriated temperature has been reached. Push again when you need more hot water.
Please ensure to switch off the air conditioning units and lights when leaving the apartment.
Do not through toilet paper in the toilet. Please use the bin provided.
The tap water is drinkable.
Garbage disposal in the bins on the street. Green bins are for garbage, blue bins are for recycling.
