- These are THREE separate hotel rooms. Rooms are individually unique and may not be adjoining or adjacent, allocated based on availability upon arrival. The price is for all rooms.

- The property requires a damage deposit of €450/stay/unit on the credit/debit card provided. The deposit is required for EACH UNIT and is refunded IN FULL upon check-out. However, if the guest does not want to wait for the inspection of the apartment, the property reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card after their departure for any damages they have caused during their stay.

- Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival.

- Following property rules, the minimum age required for check-in is 18 years old.

- Upon arrival, a mandatory city tax of €1.00 per night and per person, up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights per person from November to March will be collected, and €2.00 per night and per person, up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights stay per person from April to October. This is not included in the daily rate.

THE PROPERTY

Our family-friendly property provides the following on-site amenities:
- Swimming pool;
- Loungers, umbrellas by the pool;
- Airport shuttle (additional charge);
- Apartment equipped with some special items (upon request): Bed for pet, absorbent training pad, cat toilet, food and water bowls;
- Pets are allowed with an extra charge of €25 per day, per pet. Up to 15 kg, with a maximum of 2 animals per apartment. Legal pet ownership papers are required;
- Outdoor Parking is available for guests (subject to availability and no surveillance).

PLEASE NOTE:
- The apartment building doesn’t have an on-site desk; instead, a 24-hour front desk at the Real Marina Hotel nearby is available, and check-in needs to be done at this property for key collection and deposits.
- Cleaning and towel changes in the apartments are done only on stays longer than 7 nights.
