Nice apartment in a building 800 m from one of the most beautiful beaches of Roses (Cala de Canyelles Petites) and 1km from the center of Roses, capacity for 1/4 people.
To access the apartment it is necessary to climb 1 floor, and it is distributed in:
* One bedroom with double bed (150 cm) and a desk.
* One bedroom with 2 single beds.
* Dining room with sofa and TV (Spanish channels and TNT SAT for French channels and Wi-Fi).
* Kitchen recently renovated and equipped with microwave, wave, coffee machine Nespresso, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine.
* Bathroom with bath tub and a separated WC
* Beautiful south facing terrace with stunning views of the sea
* Private parking place for one car.
Located 15 minutes walk from the Canyelles beach (natural beach of fine sand with 3 beach restaurants, a supermarket and bakery open seasonally).
Located 20-25 minutes walking from the center of Roses, where you will find a variety of shops, supermarkets and its large sandy beach.
Roses is an active city throughout the year. It offers activities and attractions that are very varied and interesting for all types of travelers. Drive a kart, enjoy a day at the water park, play mini golf, boat trips to Cap de Creus or Cadaqués, the tourist train for a walk, visit the Salvador Dalà Museum in Figueras, an immersion in the Medes Islands nature reserve, animations in summer, walk along the promenade with many restaurants and its local specialties.
