IMPORTANT NOTICE: Sofa bed is not extendable, so it's not suitable for four adults, but three adults and one child. Please do not make reservation for four adults for this apartment.

Pets are not allowed, sorry.

We expect normal house behaviour - please watch out not to break anything, leave apartment tidy and don't make noise to other people in the house.

Check in time is after 14h (2 p.m.), check out before 10h, flexible if possible.

You have exclusive access to this apartment.

We will provide you access to our private parking in the yard of the house.

There are no shared areas in the apartment or house.


***** The Neighbourhood:

Apartment is located 10 min walking to the Diocletian's Palace or just 5 min by bus.

It's the best preserved palace in the world from the Roman times and also just few min walking to the Split seafront promenade.

Area where the apartment is located is a residential neighbourhood.

Its position makes it a perfect combination of being close to everything and having your peace when you just want to rest and sleep.

The city part where the apartment is located is within walking range to virtually everything: restaurants, coffee bars, green market, main fish market, shops, tourist bureau, city seafront... all within 30 minutes walking or 5 min by bus.

Bus station with lots of bus lines to the center is just one minute walk from the apartment.

Ferry port, train station and regional bus station are within 5 min by bus or car.

It's easy to find free parking spot right near the house or within one minute walking in the nearby streets.

***** Notice for the Ultra Music Festival (UMF) guests:

UMF is held at Park Mladezi stadium, just 2 min walking from the apartment!

Stay from 11th to 15th of July (4 nights) is mandatory. Please do not make reservation for less than that. You are welcome to come earlier or stay later than those dates.
