Two bedroom luxury apartment with 2 bathrooms, spacious living room with open kitchen, where a large window gives access to the spacious terrace with glass balustrade with fantastic views of the communal areas and the skyline of Benidorm.
The Space:
All rooms in the flat are fully equipped with comfortable beds with both heating and air conditioning.
But the most impressive are without a doubt the common areas, elaborated in detail to provide a relaxing atmosphere, perfectly integrated into the environment. The rear of the residential area offers a beautiful green environment with a forest and sloping recreational areas, where you can take a quiet walk.
The pool consists of two levels connected by a modern waterfall. You can enjoy a refreshing swim or relax in the garden. Wifi is available.
There is also a parking space included.
To take care of your health, there is a gym where you can sport and then relax in a spa.

Our property manager will check you in at location.
When checking in after 22h an extra fee of 50€ will be added to your reservation.
The Neighborhood:
Within driving distance, you will find many more attractions such as the waterfalls of Fonts d'Algar, the beautiful city of Alicante or one of the golf courses with 18 holes.
