Centralt beläget 3. 4 miles från TCU och 4. 4 miles från centrum. Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng. Det andra sovrummet har en rulla säng med en annan rulla säng. Jag valde personligen inredningens kvalitet och komfort i åtanke.

Hemmet har charmen hos ett äldre hem med trägolv w ny inredning. Huset har ca 900sf så det är rymligare än en garage lägenhet. Badrummet har uppdaterat kakel, fåfänga och toliet. Köket är lagrat w refrig, spis och mikrovågsugn så du lagar mat hemma även om du inte vill gå ut till de fantastiska restaurangerna Ft. Värt har att erbjuda. Ny HVAC och Windows installerades 2016.

Detta är ett fullt möblerat privathem i ett äldre, etablerat och populärt område nära Ridgmar Mall, TCU, Will Rogers, lagergatorna, zoo, botantiska trädgårdar, I-30 och downtown Ft. Värde. Du kan vara på ett Ranger-spel på 30 minuter samt Hurricane Harbour.

Perfect location for Will Rogers coliseum

We travel to Ft.worth every year for the heifer and steer stockshow. We are always struggling to find close hotels with availability. This place was perfect proximity to the barns. House was clean and just as pictured.

Wonderful little house close to everything!

We loved our stay! It was super clean, comfortable, and convenient to everything! Loved the stay and better in price then a hotel! Home away from home.

Property was amazing! We were able to do everything we wanted to do and we weren’t very far away. We had the chance to see the stockyards and downtown while also traveling to see some horse races. House was super clean, and a very quiet neighborhood.

Perfect for us!

What a great little space for my husband and myself while we were visiting our son at college. It fit our needs perfectly and was only about 10 minutes away from the TCU campus. The neighborhood was walkable and there was a great bakery just around the corner. We had a lovely stay and will come again! Definitely recommend!

A charming modern cottage!

We stayed at this nicely renovated and well-kept property over the 2021 winter holidays and could not have been more appreciative for the well-stocked kitchen and bathroom and select, high-quality furnishings. The owner was readily available with questions and information and was flexible with changes in check-in and check-out times. The property was easy to access and very convenient to much of the best culture and retail Fort Worth has on offer! Would recommend to couples or a small families looking for a place to stay during a short or a long visit to Fort Worth!

Look no further

Great stay. Property manager was always available and answered questions promptly. Residence was cozy.neighborhood was beautiful and safe. It was close to several museums and close to the hospital. Temperature was controlled remotely at night and set a bit high. I tend to be cold nature but yet found myself sweating at night.

Very Nice Location

Easy access to the full west side experience, quiet location, nice walks through the neighborhood, adequate living. TV however is below par in reception using air antenna. Happened to have a chromecast with me so was able to stream off my phone. Owner and secondary contact is responsive And helpful. Good value.

Comfortable and convenient

I stayed at this place toward the end of July and really loved it. Terry was very accommodating, entry was super easy, and the house had everything I needed for my four day stay in Fort Worth. This house is part of a complex of four small units, but I heard no noise from anywhere else and tried to be sure my neighbors had the same experience! The beds are comfortable and you will find every amenity. I was pleasantly surprised because the place is better than the photos.

weekend trip

My father and I road tripped to FTW for a father/daughter weekend for things happening at the FWSSR. I opted to VRBO for the simplicity of the experience. Terry was so personable and welcoming. She even brought us homemade cookies! The Arlington Heights home was precious and we could not have asked for more. Everything was tidy, well cared for, and minutes from everything we needed. We will certainly be staying her again!

Great location. Nice little duplex. Check out instructions need to be updated to location of garbage/recycling bins. Didn’t find binder with instructions as referenced in the check-in information. Nest thermostat reset in the middle of the night and we woke up very warm. Overall good stay, would prob stay again.

Stay was great!! Only bad thing was the heater was set to go up to 72 degrees only. Our bed was in front of the window so was a little cold at night. Living room got cold in the evening and couldn’t raise the temperature on the nest. Otherwise, area and accommodations were excellent. Very cozy. Thank you.

Location, location, location

Great location, but smell of mold and mildew was very strong. Communication with owner was prompt but I was offered no refund because of smell. She disclosed she had a plumbing leak and should not have rented it until it was fixed.

Absolutely Adequate!

This simple, spare unit in Arlington Heights is a good value for the price point. Pros - We stayed in December, the thermostat worked well. The kitchen was fully functional. The unit was older, but quite clean. The shower worked well and there was plenty of hot water. The washer/dryer is a nice addition. Cons - The queen bed mattress was way too soft. My husband is 6' 220lbs and I am 5' 110lbs. I spent all night rolling towards him and the center of the bed. The front door is hard to finagle! We had to call initially to get it open.

Great location and neighborhood

Very cozy and clean cottage. Parking is convenient on street in driveway or garage. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is very well stocked. Washer and dryer are a plus for those that need them. TV and wifi worked fine and lockbox entry was also handy. If you are up for a stroll, the neighborhood itself has some beautiful architecture and there is a bakery and coffee shop within a few blocks as well as fast food and upscale restaurants. Terry the owner was easy to work with. Great location Fort Worth Zoo, Water Gardens, Botanical Gardens and Sundance Square are all within a 10 minute drive. The Fort Worth Stockyards 15 minute drive. Six Flags Over Texas and ATT Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys are only a 25 minute drive. If you don't have time for a game make sure you take the tour, this is an amazing structure and a very informative and well executed tour, well worth the time and money. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing and The Texas Motor Speedway are within 1/2 hour, both offering tours as well. Eagle Mountain State Park, 1/2 hour drive north, has spectacular views of Eagle Mountain Lake, and great hiking trails. The only negative, as mentioned in previous reviews, is the living room furniture. It sits very low to the floor and can be difficult to get out of. Overall I would recommend this cozy cottage and would rent again if in the area.

I bought this property because it is a neighborhood that is well kept and popular with all. It is centrally located close to downtown, Will Rogers, TCU , bike trails, 7th street, university and the new area off Bryant Irvin.

Totally remodeled unit. It is just the right amount of space for a weekend visit and gives you space to separate from your guests. Beautiful refinished hardwood floors.
