The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries for delicious meals, such as a stove and a microwave. The house also has a dishwasher, a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed. The second has a double bed, and the third has a convertible sofa bed. In contrast, the fourth bedroom is perfect for the kids with its fun bunk bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The three bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The property features a lovely terrace with chairs to unwind and enjoy the fresh air.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Highgate is a leafy residential area with quaint tea rooms, gastropubs, and fine 18th-century buildings. Novelist George Eliot and revolutionary Karl Marx are among the historical figures buried at Highgate Cemetery, known for its elaborate tombs and wild greenery. Families with kids feed the ducks in neighbouring Waterlow Park, which is home to Lauderdale House, a graceful old mansion hosting exhibitions and concerts.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest tube station, Highgate, is just a 7-minute walk.

Heathrow Airport is a 75-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
