It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay for the guest.The house has heating by means of electric radiators in the living room and both bedrooms.Hot water works through an 80-liter electric water heater: it is important to know because it can run out and then it is necessary to wait for the water heater to fill up again.

This small and cozy 55m2 apartment is located in the Delicias neighborhood in Madrid, just 4 minutes walk from the Delicias Cercanías station and about 20 minutes walk from the Atocha Train Station.

In addition, the apartment is located between several Metro stops: Delicias (400m), Embajadores (750m) and Palos de la Frontera (450m).



AREA

The area where the apartment is located is very quiet and you can find different terraces where you can have a drink and relax. You will have several supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Also, if you are going to travel by train from the Atocha station, you can walk directly. Perfectly connected to the Puerta del Sol and Gran Vía stops and a pleasant walk from them.

The Reina Sofía Museum is only a 4-minute walk away and the Retiro Park is 15 minutes away.

The Atocha station is a 2-minute walk away, the Arte metro station is a few minutes away on foot.
