The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement. There is also a dining table to enjoy your meals and a washer available for your laundry needs.

The bedroom contains a comfortable queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Kindly note that the property is located next to a highway. Guests may experience some noise due to the proximity of traffic.

Machico, a charming town located on the eastern coast of Madeira, offers a plethora of attractions that will captivate visitors. The Miradouro do Pico do Facho, a picturesque viewpoint, provides breathtaking panoramic views of the town and its surrounding natural beauty. Quinta do Santo, also known as Santo António da Serra, is a magnificent estate that showcases the region's lush landscapes and offers a tranquil escape for nature lovers. Parque Ribeira Primeira, a serene park along a river, provides a peaceful environment for leisurely walks and picnics.

Adventurous souls can explore the Levada do Caniçal, a stunning hiking trail that winds through the rugged terrain and offers glimpses of cascading waterfalls and verdant valleys. Meanwhile, the Levada da Serra do Faial presents an opportunity to immerse oneself in the island's stunning flora and fauna while embarking on an unforgettable journey through its enchanting levadas. The property is easily accessible by car.

Madeira Airport International Cristiano Ronaldo is a 5-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
