The residence is located in Torre Lapillo, just 400 meters from the beach of Stella Maris and Lido Orange. The famous and renowned seaside resort is a fraction of Porto Cesareo, reachable in just 6 km. A few minutes away are its most beautiful pristine beaches, such as Punta Prosciutto to the north. In Torre Lapillo there are both free beaches and several equipped beaches, to fully enjoy the beautiful crystalline sea.
Case del Sol Residence is located on the Ionian coast just 400 meters from the splendid beaches and crystal clear sea of ​​Torre Lapillo, Porto Cesareo. The residence consists of 7 holiday homes, two-room and three-room apartments, each with its own veranda for exclusive use that can accommodate from 4 to 6 people.

outside there is a shared garden that surrounds the entire property, from the garden it is possible to access the apartments, five of which are on the ground floor and two on the first floor. Each house has its own equipped veranda for exclusive use for al fresco dining. The structure also has private parking and a play area equipped for the little ones. Internal parking space, outdoor showers and a barbecue are available to guests in the common area.

All apartments are furnished in a functional, modern way and offer all the comforts one needs during a holiday. Each apartment has: washing machine, air conditioning, TV, mosquito nets, wi-fi.
