Villa Ivana is a bright and sunny townhouse which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps four people. From Villa Ivana you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the tourist port and of the coast. Villa Ivana is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from Forio d'Ischia, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 450 meters (500 yards), a grocery store at 250 meters (820 feet), the bus stop at 350 meters (1150 feet) and the closest beach (Spiaggia della Chiaia) at 200 meters (approximately 656 feet). You will reach Villa Ivana from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Ivana. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars. Patio
The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the garden and of the sea.

Garden
The garden is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is equipped with two sun loungers. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea and of the tourist port and of the coast.
Living Room
The living room is paved with tiles with inlaid designs. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are elegant and bright. The furnishings include an armchair and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. There is also a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board. The dining table is a little kitchen peninsula, and can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bench and a desk. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the alleyway at the rear of the house through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large open shower and a hairdryer.
Bathroom
The bathroom is decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
